[0016] 本发明创造的有益效果是: 在电子烟的烟杆腔体一次装有烟嘴组件、 烟油容置组件和雾化组件, 其中烟嘴组件与雾化组件之间设置一可将雾化烟油 从雾化组件引导至烟嘴组件的通气管。 吸嘴组件上的过滤器, 在烟杆的腔体内 壁上设有第一安装部, 在过滤器或与过滤器固定联接的其他部件上具有第二安 装部, 第一安装部和第二安装部构成通过机械连接结构定位, 因此, 与现有技 术过滤器与烟杆腔体内壁粘接方案相比, 本发明中机械结构联接无需使用胶水 或其他含有有害成分的粘接剂, 避免使用者在吸食电子烟的过程中吸入胶水或 粘接剂中的有害成分, 有利于电子烟的长期使用。

如图 1至 5所示, 本实施例一提供一种电子烟, 该电子烟包括烟杆 27以及置于 烟杆 27内的烟油容置组件、 雾化组件和烟嘴组件。 该烟杆 27具有一腔体, 该 烟嘴组件、 烟油容置组件和雾化组件依次安装于烟杆 27的腔体内。 该烟油容置 组件用于存储烟油, 雾化组件用于将烟油雾化, 其中烟嘴组件与雾化组件之间 设置一可将雾化烟油从雾化组件引导至烟嘴组件的通气管 23,该通气管 23—端 与雾化组件相连, 另一端伸至烟嘴组件内。

[0034] 具体地, 请参考图 4和 6, 该第一安装部为自烟杆 27的腔体内壁凸起设 置的凸棱 27a, 该第二安装部为由过滤器 21外表面一端的部分端面凹陷形成的 阶梯台 21a, 该凸棱 27a位于烟杆 27腔体的一端, 过滤器 21通过阶梯台 21a从 烟杆 27腔体内的另一端抵接于凸棱 27a上形成卡接定位结构。
[0035] 在本实施例一中, 凸棱 27a为一自烟杆 27腔体内壁凸起设置的一圈环 形凸棱 27a, 而对应的过滤器 21上与凸棱 27a对应的端面上形成一环形阶梯台 21a, 安装时过滤器 21 由烟杆 27未设置凸棱 27a—端伸入烟杆 27腔体内, 由 阶梯台 21a抵接于凸棱 27a—侧, 实现定位。 [0036] 在其他实施例中, 凸棱 27a形状和数量可根据实际情况进行变形, 例如 在其他实施例中, 凸棱为至少两个, 其分设于腔体同一内圆周上的不同位置, 其中凸棱与凸棱之间的间隔角度或距离可设置成一致, 或者也可将各凸棱之间 的间隔角度或距离可设置成递增或递减, 还或者可以将各凸棱之间的间隔角度 或距离可随机设置。 对于该多个凸棱的方式, 在安装时过滤器 21 由烟杆 27未 设置凸棱一端伸入烟杆 27腔体内, 由多个凸棱抵接于阶梯台 21a的一侧, 实现 定位。
[0037] 本实施例一通过凸棱与阶梯台抵接定位, 因此, 与现有技术过滤器与烟 杆腔体内壁粘接方案相比, 本发明创造中定位结构无需使用胶水或其他含有有 害成分的粘接剂, 避免使用者在吸食电子烟的过程中吸入胶水或粘接剂中的有 害成分, 有利于电子烟的长期使用。

[0043] 本实施例二与实施例一的区别之处在于: 请参考图 9 和 10, 该过滤器 31面向密封圈 32的一侧具有一凸台 31a, 密封圈 32中部凹陷形成一凹槽 32a 和贯通的通气孔, 该凸台 31a定位于凹槽 32a内, 过滤器 31通过密封圈 32固 定于烟杆 27腔体内壁上, 并通过通气孔与通气管 23相通。 安装时, 先将过滤 器 31通过凸台 31a与密封圈 32紧配合固定, 然后通过密封圈 32或其他与密封 圈 32固定联接的部件上设置的第二安装部再与烟杆 27的腔体内壁上第一安装 部进行固定, 该第一安装部和第二安装部的配合方式可采用如实施例一所述的 凸棱与阶梯台抵接结构固定, 或者其他抵接结构, 例如螺紋配合或紧配合等。 本实施例二中过滤器无需使用胶水或其他含有有害成分的粘接剂, 避免使用者 在吸食电子烟的过程中吸入胶水或粘接剂中的有害成分, 有利于电子烟的长期 使用。

请参考图 10, 本实施例三提供了一种电子烟, 其结构与图 2所示实施例一电子 烟结构仅过滤器和烟杆腔体内壁配合处有所不同, 因此对于除过滤器和烟杆之 外的其他部件仍可参考图 2所示结构。 在本实施例三中电子烟包括烟杆 27以及 置于烟杆 27内的烟油容置组件、 雾化组件和烟嘴组件。 该烟杆 47具有一腔体, 该烟嘴组件、 烟油容置组件和雾化组件依次安装于烟杆 47的腔体内。 该烟油容 置组件用于存储烟油, 雾化组件用于将烟油雾化, 其中烟嘴组件与雾化组件之 间设置一可将雾化烟油从雾化组件引导至烟嘴组件的通气管 23,该通气管 23— 端与雾化组件相连, 另一端伸至烟嘴组件内。

[0048] 本实施例三与实施例一的区别之处在于, 本实施例三中烟杆 47腔体内 壁上对应过滤器 31 的位置设有第一摩擦面 47a, 而过滤器 31外表面上与烟杆 47腔体内壁对应的位置设有第二摩擦面 41a, 该第一摩擦面 47a与第二摩擦面 41a相互抵紧形成摩擦副,从而实现过滤器 31与烟杆 47之间通过抵接结构固定 的目的。 该第一摩擦面 47a和第二摩擦面 41a可以是治具打磨而成或者烟杆 47 在成型时通过模具使腔体内壁变得粗糙, 从而提高过滤器 31与烟杆 47内壁之 间的摩擦力, 从而实现机械联接固定。
[0049] 本实施例三中过滤器外表面通过增加摩擦力与烟杆 47 的内壁固定, 无 需使用胶水或其他含有有害成分的粘接剂, 避免使用者在吸食电子烟的过程中 吸入胶水或粘接剂中的有害成分, 有利于电子烟的长期使用。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种电子烟, 包括:
具有一腔体的烟杆;
用于存储烟油的烟油容置组件;
用于将烟油雾化的雾化组件;
以及烟嘴组件, 所述烟嘴组件、 烟油容置组件和雾化组件安装于所述烟杆 的腔体内, 其中烟嘴组件与雾化组件之间设置一可将雾化烟油从雾化组件引导 至烟嘴组件的通气管, 所述通气管一端与雾化组件相连, 另一端伸至烟嘴组件 内;
其特征在于:
所述烟嘴组件包括过滤器, 所述烟杆的腔体内壁上沿其轴向设有第一安装 部, 所述过滤器或电子烟内与过滤器固定联接的其他部件上具有第二安装部, 所述第一安装部和第二安装部相邻设置, 且相互抵接形成至少可在烟杆腔体轴 向上对过滤器进行限位的抵接结构。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述第一安装部为位于腔体 内壁上与过滤器位置对应的第一摩擦面, 所述第二安装部为位于过滤器外表面 上的第二摩擦面, 所述第一摩擦面与第二摩擦面彼此抵紧限位形成摩擦副。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述第一安装部为自烟杆的 腔体内壁凸起设置的凸棱, 所述第二安装部为由过滤器外表面一端的部分端面 凹陷形成的阶梯台, 所述凸棱位于烟杆腔体的一端, 所述过滤器通过阶梯台从 烟杆腔体内的另一端抵接于凸棱上形成卡接定位结构。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述凸棱为至少两个, 其分 设于腔体同一内圆周上的不同位置。
5. 如权利要求 3所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述凸棱为一自烟杆腔体内 壁凸起设置的一圈环形凸棱。
6 如权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述烟嘴组件设置一密封圈, 所述过滤器面向密封圈的一侧具有一凸台, 所述密封圈中部凹陷形成一凹槽, 所述凸台定位于所述凹槽内, 所述过滤器通过密封圈固定于烟杆腔体内壁上, 所述密封件具有贯通的通气孔, 所述过滤器通过通气孔与通气管相通。
7. 如权利要求 1-6任一项所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述烟油容置组件 包括一用于储存烟油的柱形储油棉, 所述储油棉具有贯通的中心孔, 所述中心 孔内安装一用于导油的导油棉, 所述通气管穿经导油棉, 所述通气管与导油棉 之间设置一固定管, 所述雾化组件部分伸于通气管内。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述雾化组件包括电池、 雾 化座和与电池连通的电热丝组件, 所述雾化座包括一底座, 自所述底座中部凸 起一中心凸台, 所述中心凸台伸入到通气管内, 所述电热丝组件穿经雾化座也 伸入到通气管内, 所述通气管的侧壁上对应电热丝组件设有孔。
9. 如权利要求 8所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述底座上围绕中心凸台设 置一圈杯壁, 所述杯壁与中心凸台将储油棉和导油棉的一端夹持固定。
10.如权利要求 9所述的电子烟, 其特征在于: 所述烟杆上与设置吸嘴组件 的一端相对的另一端设有咪头和灯帽。
