figure 5a and 5b represent a security anti charging system of a cartridge, from the side of the user suction mouthpiece, in section and respectively closed and opened, according to a first embodiment of the present invention;
figure 6a and 6b represent a security anti charging system of a cartridge, from the side of the user suction mouthpiece, in section and respectively closed and opened, according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to the attached figures, an electronic cigarette or a portable aerosol, according to the present invention, comprises a container 10 of cylindrical shape.
Inside the container 10 is placed, preferably in succession, a battery 11 (which also includes the control circuit of the cigarette), a filter 12 for the intake air, a vaporizer 13 having a heating element, a cartridge 14 which contains a liquid solution and an user suction mouthpiece 15.
The complex comprising the vaporizer 13, the cartridge 14 and the mouthpiece 15, in this case, is disposable once it has been used. The user keeps the battery 11, but the rest is thrown.
In the case of disposable mouthpieces, the vaporizer 13 is incorporated into the cartridge 14 and the two elements form a single element, as in this case that will be defined by the term cartridge 14. Also the mouthpiece 15 is part of the same element even if it retains its features. The present invention is to avoid that the cigarette or aerosols (cartridge) can recharged.
In accordance with the present invention, the cigarette, from the battery side, comprises an outside container 20 of the cigarette, which at its inner side, near the connection to the battery 11, presents an internal thread 21 in order to connect the battery 11. The cartridge 14, has a central body 19 which in its internal has a hole 22 for the passage of the intake air, and ends, from the battery side, with a cap 23.
The cap 23, having a diameter greater than the diameter of the body 19, includes the union point with the body 19, two holes 24 oblique (is enough even just a hole) that connect the central hole 22 with an inner area 25 and between the container 20 and the body 19, thanks to the reduced diameter of the body 19 with respect to the cap 23.
The two holes 24 are inclined at 45° and depart from the end of the central hole 22, closed by the cap 23, and head towards the body of the cartridge, ie towards the mouthpiece.
