DESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to a security anti charging system for a disposable mouthpiece, in particular for the mouthpiece of portable electronic cigarettes or aerosols or the like. With the term mouthpiece, in this case means the group formed by the vaporizer, the cartridge and the suction mouthpiece of the user.
Electronic cigarettes that simulate the real cigarettes are known, in the sense that allow you to inhale a vapor containing nicotine.
The electronic cigarettes are made with a cylindrical container that resembles a cigarette, inside of which is normally present a resistance, which on command, by suction from the user, heats an essence.
The essence due to the heat emitted by the resistance, evaporates giving the illusion of smoking.
The essence is normally placed in a cartridge which can be substituted or recharged.
Introducing a cartridge prepared with particular solutions in a casing of an electronic cigarette (or similar) this can be transformed into a portable aerosol.
Object of the present invention is to provide a security anti charging system for a disposable mouthpiece which is of simple construction.
Another object is to provide an effective security anti charging system.

In accordance with the present invention, these and other objects are achieved by a security anti charging system for a disposable mouthpiece of an electronic cigarette or an aerosol; said cigarette comprises in succession a battery, a cartridge, and an user suction mouthpiece; said cartridge in its end toward said battery has a central body having a first diameter and a cap having a second diameter greater than said first diameter; said central body having a central longitudinal hole; said central body having at least one through hole that connects the outside of said central body with said longitudinal hole, in the vicinity of said cap; said at least one hole start from the end part of said central hole, and is inclined towards the body of the cartridge, that is towards the mouthpiece; said at least one hole has a first end that leads to the outside of said central body and within said cartridge; said mouthpiece includes an inner area for the passage of air from a first hole to a second hole; said mouthpiece comprises a sliding element within said internal area, from a rest position to a position of anti charging safety; when said sliding element is in said rest position its diameter with respect to the inner diameter of said area allows the passage of air from said second hole to said first hole, when said sliding element is in said anti charging safety position obstructs said second hole.
Further characteristics of the invention are described in the dependent claims.
Thanks to the present invention a safety system to prevent the charging of liquid in the cartridges is obtained, in particular for those of electronic cigarettes and aerosols portable, of the disposable type.
With this system it is possible use only cartridges filled by the producer and may not be used liquids from sources not controlled.
The system makes the cartridge exclusive. This guarantees the producer and the consumer both on the quality of the provided product that on the formulation of the liquid contained in the cartridge. The characteristics and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description of an embodiment thereof, illustrated by way of non-limiting example in the accompanying drawings, in which:
figure 1 shows an electronic cigarette;
figures 2a and 2b schematically represent a security anti charging system of a cartridge, from the battery side, and respectively, seen in section and laterally, and seen in section from above, according to the present invention;
figure 3 schematically represents a security anti charging system of a cartridge, from the battery side, joined to the battery part, seen in section, in accordance with the present invention;
figures 4a , 4b and 4c show schematically a safety anti charging system of a cartridge in section and in different angles, according to the present invention;
figure 5a and 5b represent a security anti charging system of a cartridge, from the side of the user suction mouthpiece, in section and respectively closed and opened, according to a first embodiment of the present invention;
figure 6a and 6b represent a security anti charging system of a cartridge, from the side of the user suction mouthpiece, in section and respectively closed and opened, according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to the attached figures, an electronic cigarette or a portable aerosol, according to the present invention, comprises a container 10 of cylindrical shape.
Inside the container 10 is placed, preferably in succession, a battery 11 (which also includes the control circuit of the cigarette), a filter 12 for the intake air, a vaporizer 13 having a heating element, a cartridge 14 which contains a liquid solution and an user suction mouthpiece 15.
The complex comprising the vaporizer 13, the cartridge 14 and the mouthpiece 15, in this case, is disposable once it has been used. The user keeps the battery 11, but the rest is thrown.
In the case of disposable mouthpieces, the vaporizer 13 is incorporated into the cartridge 14 and the two elements form a single element, as in this case that will be defined by the term cartridge 14. Also the mouthpiece 15 is part of the same element even if it retains its features. The present invention is to avoid that the cigarette or aerosols (cartridge) can recharged.
In accordance with the present invention, the cigarette, from the battery side, comprises an outside container 20 of the cigarette, which at its inner side, near the connection to the battery 11, presents an internal thread 21 in order to connect the battery 11. The cartridge 14, has a central body 19 which in its internal has a hole 22 for the passage of the intake air, and ends, from the battery side, with a cap 23.
The cap 23, having a diameter greater than the diameter of the body 19, includes the union point with the body 19, two holes 24 oblique (is enough even just a hole) that connect the central hole 22 with an inner area 25 and between the container 20 and the body 19, thanks to the reduced diameter of the body 19 with respect to the cap 23.
The two holes 24 are inclined at 45° and depart from the end of the central hole 22, closed by the cap 23, and head towards the body of the cartridge, ie towards the mouthpiece.
The battery 11, comprises a container 30, which is screwed to the thread 21. The container 30 includes one or more holes 31 that connect the exterior with the internal area 25 of the cigarette 10 .
In this area 25 there is also the filter 12 which surrounds part of the battery 11 and part of the body 19, and is placed between the hole 31 which flows from the outside air and the internal hole 22 by which the user draws air. The holes 24 depart centrally by the hole 22 and being inclined, their output, towards the area 25, is located on a line L which is placed rearward of a few millimeters with respect to the M line, parallel to the line L, which joins the end edges of the container 20. The distance between the line L and the line M is such that if the cartridge is tilted by 45° the exit of the holes 24 and the end edges of the container 20 are aligned horizontally.
With a cartridge structure made in accordance with the present invention, while having holes that connect the outside with the inside of the cartridge, and having also a wide area 25, it is not possible to refill the cartridge because there is not a straight passage between the outside and the inside, and then a needle can not be inserted. Even if a cartridge is immerse in a liquid bath to be inserted into the cartridge, given the size of the cartridge, and in particular the arrangement of the outlet holes 31, with respect to the line M which connects the end edges of the container 20, also tilting the cartridge you can not recharge it.
