Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un appareil d'étanchéité (50), lequel appareil est adapté à produire une étanchéité aux fuites entre une chambre de cuisson (1) d'un four (100) et l'environnement extérieur, et lequel a un joint d'étanchéité (5) disposé autour d'un arbre (4) qui s'étend dans la chambre de cuisson (1) par passage à travers une ouverture (3, 103) disposée sur une paroi (2, 102) de la chambre de cuisson (1) et des moyens de fixation (6) qui permettent au joint d'étanchéité (5) d'être monté sur la paroi (2, 102) autour de l'ouverture (3, 103).
