一种防爆玻璃屏
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防爆玻璃屏,可用于手机、数码相机、平板电脑、电视、游戏机等数码电子产品的屏幕保护。
背景技术
现在的电子产品发展方向越来越趋向于采用全触屏的结构,既美观又方便使用,但是触摸屏容易刮花,使得外观十分不好看。为了防止触摸屏刮花,现在市面上都是采用在触摸屏上贴一层薄薄的透明膜。虽然透明膜能够起到防刮花的作用,但是只有防刮花的作用还远远不够,有时候由于市民不小心把电子产品摔到地上,触摸屏就很有可能被摔碎,甚至爆开,透明膜就无法起到保护作用。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种结构简单,使用方便的防爆玻璃屏。
本发明为解决其问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种防爆玻璃屏,包括玻璃层以及与玻璃层粘合的自吸附保护膜,所述玻璃层与自吸附保护膜之间设有黏胶层,其相对两侧面分别粘合有离型膜。
优选的是,所述玻璃层的厚度为0.3~2.0mm。
优选的是,所述黏胶层的厚度为25~200μm。
优选的是,所述自吸附保护膜的厚度为0.1~0.2mm。
本发明的有益效果是:
1. 产品全透明,具有高透光率,不会影响用户使用数码电子产品;
2. 设有自吸附保护膜,用户只需将两侧的离型膜撕开,然后将自吸附保护膜的一侧粘合在产品的屏幕上即可,操作十分方便;
3. 玻璃层表面防刮花,而且不会影响产品屏幕的触摸效果;
4. 由于玻璃层较硬,所以具有很好的防爆效果,而且也容易拆除。

具体实施方式
如附图1所示的一种防爆玻璃屏,包括玻璃层2以及与玻璃层2粘合的自吸附保护膜4,所述玻璃层2与自吸附保护膜4之间设有黏胶层3,黏胶层3将玻璃层2及自吸附保护膜4紧密粘合在一起,其可为OCA光学胶或者是UV胶。玻璃层2与自吸附保护膜4的相对两侧面分别粘合有离型膜1,离型膜1采用PET材料制成,其上设置有方便用户撕开的小贴条,当用户将本发明粘贴在数码电子产品的屏幕上时,只需捻起小贴条,即可将两侧的离型膜1撕开,操作十分方便。
较佳的是,所述玻璃层2的厚度为0.3~2.0mm。所述黏胶层3的厚度为25~200μm。所述自吸附保护膜4的厚度为0.1~0.2mm。
综上所述,本发明防爆玻璃屏具有以下优点,首先,产品全透明,具有高透光率,不会影响用户使用数码电子产品;其次设有自吸附保护膜,用户只需将两侧的离型膜撕开,然后将自吸附保护膜的一侧粘合在产品屏幕上即可,操作十分方便;另外,玻璃层表面防刮花,而且不会影响产品屏幕的触摸效果;最后由于玻璃层较硬,所以具有很好的防爆效果,而且也容易拆除。

  1. 一种防爆玻璃屏,其特征在于,包括玻璃层(2)以及与玻璃层(2)粘合的自吸附保护膜(4),所述玻璃层(2)与自吸附保护膜(4)之间设有黏胶层(3),其相对两侧面分别粘合有离型膜(1)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防爆玻璃屏,其特征在于,所述玻璃层(2)的厚度为0.3~2.0mm。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防爆玻璃屏,其特征在于,所述黏胶层(3)的厚度为25~200μm。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防爆玻璃屏,其特征在于,所述自吸附保护膜(4)的厚度为0.1~0.2mm。
