具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的优选方式作进一歩详细的描述。
如图 1、 图 2、 图 3、 图 4所示, 该新型的方向型防震倾斜显示标签结 构简单, 防振能力强, 便于确定物体在特定角度是否曾以大于预定角度的 角度倾倒、 翻转或倾斜, 并且阻止人为复位。 在物体如装运包装具有一个 或多个贴在其一个或多个壁上的该新型防震倾斜显示标签, 以便确定该装 运包装在装运期间是否以推荐的方位保持, 并且没有超过预定的最大角倾 斜, 装运包装可以具有任何传统的形式, 如板条箱、 托盘、 盒、 纸箱、 桶、 圆桶、 罐、 瓶或其它在装运之前安放货物的容器, 或者, 可以将该新型防 震倾斜显示标签直接放置在货物本身上, 这样, 承受该新型防震倾斜显示 标签的物体可以是货物、 承载货物的容器等等, 同时, 在包装的一个或多 个侧面上标示顶侧向上, 以便指示顶侧应当始终保持在上面, 这样, 将包 装标记成阻止翻倒或倾斜。
如图 1所示, 该新型方向型防震倾斜显示标签, 包括容器 14, 所述容 器 14内设置检测器, 所述检测器包括第一放置室 17、 第二放置室 18、 隔 板 9, 所述第一放置室 17与第二放置室 18为一体设置, 所述隔板 9设置在 第一放置室 17与第二放置室 18之间;所述第一放置室 17包括第一侧板 3、 第一质量块 2, 所述第一侧板 3设置为第一放置室 17的外侧边, 所述第一 侧板 3倾斜设置, 侧板倾斜角度与贴标签的物品所允许的最大倾斜角度一 致, 所述第一侧板 3外部设置有第一延伸部 13, 所述第一质量块 2放置在 第一侧板 3与第一放置室 17构成的空腔内; 所述第二放置室 18包括第二 侧板 6、 第二质量块 7, 所述第二侧板 6设置在第二放置室 18外侧边, 所 述第二侧板 6倾斜设置, 侧板倾斜角度与贴标签的物品所允许的最大倾斜 角度一致, 所述第二侧板 6外部设置有第二延伸部 15, 所述第二质量块 7 放置在第二侧板 6与第二放置室 18构成的空腔内。
作为一种优选的实施方式, 所述质量块 2、 7可采用非金属类的材料制 成, 以避免人为的用磁铁等物体使质量块复原, 从而保证了记录的真实性。
作为一种优选的实施方式, 如图 4-1和图 4-2所示, 所述第一放置室 17设置第一条形码 24, 所述第二放置室 18设置第二条形码 25, 所述第一 条形码 24和第二条形码 25设置在第一质量块 2和第二质量块 7后部的放 置室 17、 18侧面上, 且所述第一条形码 24和第二条形码 25的图案至少部 分被第一质量块 2和第二质量块 7遮挡; 所述条形码 24、 25为一维条形码 或二维条形码。如图 4-2所示,当物品未发生倾斜时条形码图案被质量块 2、 7遮挡部分信息; 如图 4-3所示, 当物品发生倾斜时, 由于质量块 2、 7滑 出放置室 17、 18, 条形码图案完全显示, 可通过检测器检测其相应信息。
为一种优选的实施方式, 所述放置室 17、 18的正上方设置转动轴 11, 所述容器 14内还设有防震板 12, 所述防震板 12上设置有转动轴通孔, 所 述转动轴通孔与转动轴 11外围大小相一致, 所述防震板 12通过该转动轴 通孔套设在转动轴 11上, 所述防震板 12上设置第一转动板 1、第二转动板 8, 所述防震板 12与第一转动板 1、 第二转动板 8为一体设置。
作为一种优选的实施方式, 所述防震板 12带动转动板 1、 8围绕转动 轴 360度旋转, 所述第一转动板 1与第一侧板 3上下对应设置, 所述第一 转动板 1长度不超过第一侧板 3顶端, 所述第二转动板 8与第二侧板 6上 下对应设置,所述第二转动板 8长度不超过第二侧板 6顶端;所述质量块 2、 7响应于第一振动频率, 所述转动板 1、 8响应于第二振动频率, 所述第二 振动频率不同于所述第一振动频率; 避免转动板 1、 8在物品震动时, 响应 第二振动频率而前后移动, 导致质量块脱出, 从而发出错误指示。
作为一种优选的实施方式, 所述容器壁上设置第一缓冲板 4、第二缓冲 板 5, 所述缓冲板 4、 5设置在与放置室 17、 18底部平行的位置, 避免质量 块 2、 7从放置室 17、 18脱出后直接落下, 因重力过大而破坏容器。
作为一种优选的实施方式, 如图 3所示, 所述容器 14的正面设置透明 的表壳 19, 方便观察物品倾斜情况。
作为一种优选的实施方式, 如图 3所示, 所述表壳 19与容器 14通过 高频超声波悍接形成超声波悍缝 21, 杜绝原有技术所采用的卡式连接, 不 能人为复原, 保证了显示标签记录的真实性。
作为一种优选的实施方式, 如图 1所示, 在所述第一放置室 17设置第 一通孔 22, 所述第二放置室 18设置第二通孔 23, 所述通孔对应质量块 2、 7上侧面设置,在不使用该标签时,在通孔内插入横杆,阻止质量块的移动。 本实用新型中的新型方向型防震倾斜显示标签是这样使用的: 如果使用该新型方向型防震倾斜显示标签的物品所允许的最大倾斜角 度为例如 50度(本领域技术人员容易理解的是, 可根据实际情况设置其它 角度), 所述侧板设置在放置室外侧边与水平夹角为 50度, 在物品正放时, 所述第一质量块 2、 第二质量块 7分别放置在第一侧板 3与第一放置室 17 构成的空腔内和第二侧板 6与第二放置室 18构成的空腔内, 这时, 所述第 一转动板 1与第一侧板 3上下对应, 所述第二转动板 8与第二侧板 6上下 对应; 当物品在运输途中发生震动时, 检测器也在随之震动, 在检测器响 应第二振动频率时, 所述套设在转动轴 11上的防震板 12减缓转动板 1、 18 的振动频率, 避免转动板响应第二振动频率而前后移动, 使转动板 1、 8从 侧板 3、 6顶端移开, 导致质量块脱出, 从而发出错误指示; 当物品在运输 途中发生震动时, 产生的倾斜角度超过 50度时, 如, 物品向右倾斜 60度, 如图 2-2所示, 此时, 第二转动板 8从第二侧板 6顶端移开相应的角度, 第一转动板 1也随之向右移动相应的角度, 第二质量块 7从第二侧板 6顶 部 (即, 侧板顶部与延伸部相接处 16 ) 掉落出来, 直接落入第二缓冲板 5, 在物品复位后, 如图 2-3所示, 第一转动板 1、 第二转动板 8就回到原位, 经过第二缓冲板 5缓冲后的第二质量块 7从缓冲板滑入容器底部; 当物品 在运输途中发生震动时, 产生的倾斜角度超过 50度时, 如, 物品向左倾斜 70度, 此时, 第一转动板 1从第一侧板 3顶端移开相应的角度, 第二转动 板 8也随之向左移动相应的角度, 第一质量块 2从第一侧板 3顶部 (即, 侧板顶部与延伸部相接处)掉落出来, 直接落入第一缓冲板 4, 在物品复位 后, 第一转动板 1、第二转动板 8就回到原位, 经过第一缓冲板 4缓冲后的 第一质量块 2从缓冲板滑入容器底部; 当物品倾斜角度更大时, 如, 物品 向右倾斜 80度, 此时, 第一转动板 1向右移动相应的角度时, 会被隔板 9 阻挡, 在物品复位后, 第一转动板 1、 第二转动板 8就回到原位, 避免了物 品向一个方向倾斜角度过大, 导致转动板 1、 转动板 8不能复位, 不能继续 很好的检测物品倾斜情况, 这样能使检测更精准, 在物品向左倾斜时, 也 是同样的原理; 同时, 质量块 2、 7后部的放置室 17、 18的侧板上设置条 形码 24、 25, 条形码 24、 25可以是一维条形码或二维条形码, 由于二维条 形码可以存储说明文字、 数字或者其他符号, 存储能力强, 本实施例采用 二维条形码, 在二维条形码中设置文字, 如左侧发生过倾斜或右侧发生过 倾斜; 当物品未发生倾斜时, 如图 4-2所示, 条形码 24、 25的部分图案或 全部图案被质量块 2、 7遮挡, 用手持检测器检测时检测不到条形码信息, 表明物品未发生倾斜; 当物品发生如上述各种角度的倾斜时, 如图 4-3所 示, 由于质量块 2、 7滑出放置室 17、 18, 条形码 24、 25图案完全显示, 可通过检测器检测其相应信息, 如, 左侧发生过倾斜或右侧发生过倾斜, 可以更加有效准确地了解物品有无发生倾斜; 所述质量块 2、 7采用非金属 类材料制成, 避免人为的用磁铁等物体使质量块复原, 同时, 表壳 19与容 器 14通过高频超声波悍接 21, 杜绝原有技术所采用的卡式连接, 不能人为 复原, 保证了显示标签记录的真实性。
以上公开的仅为本实用新型的部分具体实施方式, 但是, 本实用新型 并非局限于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的的技术人员在本实用新型所公开的 技术范围内, 可轻易想到的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范 围之内。 因此, 本实用新型的保护范围应以本实用新型权利要求的保护范 围为准。

Claims

权利 要 求 书
1、 一种方向型防震倾斜显示标签, 其特征在于: 所述倾斜显示标签包括 容器,
所述容器内设置检测器, 所述检测器包括第一放置室、 第二放置室、 隔 板, 所述第一放置室与第二放置室为一体设置, 所述隔板设置在第一放置 室与第二放置室之间; 所述第一放置室包括第一侧板、 第一质量块, 其中 所述第一侧板被设置为第一放置室的外侧边, 所述第一质量块放置在第一 侧板与第一放置室构成的空腔内; 所述第二放置室包括第二侧板、 第二质 量块, 其中所述第二侧板被设置为第二放置室的外侧边, 所述第二质量块 放置在第二侧板与第二放置室构成的空腔内;
在所述第一放置室和第二放置室的正上方设置转动轴;
所述容器内还设有防震板, 所述防震板上设置有转动轴通孔, 所述转动 轴通孔与转动轴外围大小相一致, 所述防震板通过转动轴通孔套设在转动 轴上; 所述防震板上设置第一转动板、 第二转动板, 所述防震板与第一转 动板、 第二转动板设置为一体。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方向型防震倾斜显示标签, 其特征在于: 所述 侧板倾斜设置, 侧板倾斜角度与贴标签的物品所允许的最大倾斜角度一致。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方向型防震倾斜显示标签, 其特征在于: 所述 第一侧板外部设置有第一延伸部; 所述第二侧板外部设置有第二延伸部。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方向型防震倾斜显示标签, 其特征在于: 所述 第一放置室设置第一条形码, 所述第二放置室设置第二条形码, 所述第一 条形码和第二条形码设置在第一质量块和第二质量块后部的放置室侧面 上, 且所述第一条形码和第二条形码的图案至少部分被第一质量块和第二 质量块遮挡。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方向型防震倾斜显示标签, 其特征在于: 所述 第一条形码和第二条形码为一维条形码或二维条形码。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的方向型防震倾斜显示标签, 其特征在于: 所述 质量块采用非金属材料制成。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的方向型防震倾斜显示标签, 其特征在于: 所述 容器的正面设置有至少部分透明的表壳。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方向型防震倾斜显示标签, 其特征在于: 所述 表壳与容器之间具有通过高频超声波悍接形成的超声波悍缝。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的方向型防震倾斜显示标签, 其特征在于: 所述 第一质量块和第二质量块响应于第一振动频率, 所述第一转动板和第二转 动板响应于第二振动频率, 所述第二振动频率不同于所述第一振动频率。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的方向型防震倾斜显示标签, 其特征在于: 所述 防震板带动第一转动板和第二转动板围绕转动轴 360度旋转, 所述第一转 动板与第一侧板上下对应地设置, 所述第一转动板长度不超过第一侧板顶 端; 所述第二转动板与第二侧板上下对应地设置, 所述第二转动板长度不 超过第二侧板顶端。
11、 根据权利要求 1所述的方向型防震倾斜显示标签, 其特征在于: 所述 第一放置室设置第一通孔, 所述第二放置室设置第二通孔, 所述第一通孔 和第二通孔设置在第一质量块和第二质量块上部的侧面, 在第一通孔和 /或 第二通孔内可插入能够阻止第一质量块和 /或第二质量块移动的横杆。
12、 根据权利要求 1所述的方向型防震倾斜显示标签, 其特征在于: 所述 容器的壁上设置有第一缓冲板、 第二缓冲板, 所述第一缓冲板和第二缓冲 板设置为与第一放置室和第二放置室底部平行。
