Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé pour l'extraction de métaux nobles et non ferreux à partir de matières premières réfractaires, comprenant une première étape de traitement électrique de pulpe broyée dans une solution de chlorure et une seconde étape subséquente d'extraction de métaux présentant une valeur marchande, lequel procédé est effectué dans un seul réacteur à l'aide d'électrolyseurs comprenant des anodes en graphite et des cathodes en acier. Le réacteur est alimenté en pulpe ayant un rapport S:L de 1:(1-20) dans une solution ayant une concentration en chlore de 60-180 g/l, qui est acidifiée à un pH de 0,2-1,0, elle est agitée, la densité de courant volumique est réglée à 1000-10000 A/m3 et la tension de l'électrolyseur est réglée à 2-5 V, puis maintenue constante. La première étape se termine par une transition de courant électrique passant par un maximum et un changement de pH à 1-2. Au niveau de la deuxième étape, la densité de courant cathodique est réglée à 50-200 A/m2, jusqu'à ce que le pH atteigne 3-7. Les dépôts cathodiques des deux étapes sont combinés pour traitement supplémentaire.
