Abstract

La présente invention a trait à un capteur de vitesse de roue qui comprend au moins un corps principal de capteur et un ensemble logement, lequel corps principal de capteur comprend un élément de capteur à effet Hall, une grille de connexion, un support et un câblage électrique. Ladite grille de connexion, qui est agencée dans le support au moyen d'un moulage par injection, est équipée d'une structure de connexion de broche de raccordement permettant de fournir la connexion électrique entre ledit élément de capteur à effet Hall et le câblage électrique; ledit support est équipé d'une fente de montage qui est appropriée pour ledit élément de capteur à effet Hall, ledit élément de capteur à effet Hall étant disposé dans ladite fente de montage; ladite grille de connexion et ledit support sont encapsulés dans un logement isolant de manière à former un tout, ledit logement isolant étant fixé dans ledit ensemble logement; et une partie dudit câblage électrique est disposée dans ledit logement isolant. Ledit capteur de vitesse de roue est plus stable en termes de performance.
