[0001] 本发明创造涉及一种电子模拟烟技术, 尤其涉及具有状态指示功能的电子烟装置。 背景技术
[0002] 目前, 诸如电子香烟、 电子雪茄、 电子水烟以及电子烟盒等电子烟装置上均设有单 色 LED灯作为指示灯, 用于指示电子烟装置所处的工作状态, 由于单色 LED灯所发出的光 线颜色单调, 显示效果不够醒目和炫丽, 而且由于只能发出一种颜色的光, 无法有效指示多 种不同的工作状态, 难以满足使用需求。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明创造所要解决的技术问题是: 提供一种电子烟装置, 能区别指示电子烟装置 的工作状态。
[0004] 为解决上述技术问题, 本发明创造采用如下技术方案: 一种电子烟装置, 包括中央 控制器、 用于检测电子烟装置工作状态的传感器和可发出多种不同颜色光线的多色 LED 指 示灯, 所述中央控制器根据传感器的检测信号控制多色 LED 指示灯进入不同工作模式以分 别对应指示电子烟装置的各种工作状态。
[0005] 进一步地, 所述多色 LED指示灯由多颗发出不同颜色光线的单色 LED灯组合而成。
[0006] 进一步地, 所述多颗单色 LED灯至少包括红光 LED灯、 绿光 LED灯和蓝光 LED 灯。
[0007] 进一步地, 所述多色 LED指示灯为三基色 LED灯, 所述三基色 LED灯设置于 PCB 基板上, 所述 PCB基板上还设有控制三基色 LED灯发光的控制芯片, 所述三基色 LED灯 包括由透明封装体封装成一体的红光 LED芯片、 绿光 LED芯片和蓝光 LED芯片。
[0008] 进一步地, 所述电子烟装置为电子香烟、 电子雪茄或电子水烟, 电子烟装置内部设 有可充电电池。

[0012] 进一步地, 所述电源组件包括可充电电池及充电控制电路, 传感器包括用于检测电 子烟盒是否处于为存放其中的电子香烟或电子雪茄充电的状态的充电传感器以及检测电源组 件的可充电电池剩余电量的电量传感器。
[0013] 进一步地, 所述多色 LED指示灯设置于电子烟装置的顶部、 中部或底部。
[0014] 本发明创造的有益效果是: 通过电子烟装置上设置多色 LED 指示灯, 从而可以控制 多色 LED 指示灯以不同工作模式来指示电子烟装置的不同工作状态, 例如: 以频闪指示诸 如电子香烟、 电子雪茄、 电子水烟等电子烟装置处于吸烟状态或者电子烟盒处于为存放于其 中的电子香烟或电子雪茄充电的工作状态; 还可用不同颜色的灯光来对应显示电子烟装置的 可充电电池的剩余电量以便使用者能更好地了解电量的多少而及时充电。

[0030] 而在如图 2所示的实施例中, 所述多色 LED指示灯 30为三基色 LED灯, 如图 3所 示, 所述三基色 LED灯包括由透明封装体 36封装成一体的红光 LED芯片 37、 绿光 LED芯 片 38和蓝光 LED芯片 39。 所述三基色 LED灯设置于一 PCB基板 34上, PCB基板 34上 还设有控制所述三基色 LED灯发光的控制芯片 35。
[0031] 在图 4〜图 6所示的三个实施例中, 所述电子烟装置分别对应为电子香烟 40、 电子雪 茄 42和电子水烟 44, 在所述电子烟装置内部均设有可充电电池 50。 相应地, 所述传感器 20包括用于检测电子烟装置是否处于吸烟状态的吸烟传感器 22以及检测所述可充电电池 50 剩余电量的电量传感器 24。 具体地, 吸烟传感器 22可以是气压型传感器, 其通过检测吸烟 动作所产生的气压变化来产生相应的吸烟信号; 或者所述吸烟传感器 22 可以是按键型传感 器, 当此按键型传感器被按动时即判断为进入吸烟状态从而产生吸烟信号。 所述多色 LED 指示灯 30设置于电子烟装置的顶部、 中部或底部, 在如图 6所示的实施例中, 在电子水烟 的顶部和中部各设有一个多色 LED指示灯 30。 当电子烟装置开启后, 中央控制器 10根据 电量传感器 24检测到的可充电电池 50的剩余电量的多少以不同颜色进行有区别地显示, 根 据剩余电量由多至少的变化, 控制所述多色 LED指示灯 30的灯光颜色渐变, 例如由绿色至 黄色再至红色依次变化, 图 7示出了剩余电量与灯光颜色对应关系。 而当吸烟传感器 22检 测到电子烟装置处于吸烟状态时, 中央控制器 10 即控制多色 LED 指示灯 30 进入频闪模 式, 可以是多色循环闪亮, 也可以是单色闪亮。
[0032] 而在如图 8〜图 10所示的实施例中, 所述电子烟装置为用于存放电子香烟或电子雪茄 的电子烟盒 46, 其内部设有用于为电子香烟或电子雪茄充电的电源组件 460。 所述电源组件 460包括可充电电池 462及充电控制电路 464, 传感器 20包括用于检测电子烟盒 46是否处 于为存放其中的电子香烟或电子雪茄充电的状态的充电传感器 26 以及检测电源组件 460的 可充电电池 462剩余电量的电量传感器 28。 所述多色 LED指示灯 30设置于电子烟装置的 顶部或底部。 当电子烟装置开启后, 中央控制器 10根据电量传感器 28检测到的可充电电池 462 的剩余电量的多少以不同颜色进行有区别地显示, 根据剩余电量由多至少的变化, 控制 所述多色 LED指示灯 30的灯光颜色渐变, 剩余电量与灯光颜色对应关系也可如图 7所示。 而当充电传感器 26检测到电子烟装置处于充电状态时, 中央控制器 10即控制多色 LED指 示灯 30进入频闪模式, 可以是多色循环闪亮, 也可以是单色闪亮。 [0033] 尽管已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例, 对于本领域的普通技术人员而言, 可 以理解在不脱离本发明创造的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、 修改、 替换和变型, 本发明创造的保护范围由所附权利要求及其等同范围限定。

1. 一种电子烟装置, 其特征在于: 所述电子烟装置包括中央控制器、 用于检测电子烟装置 工作状态的传感器和可发出多种不同颜色光线的多色 LED 指示灯, 所述中央控制器根据传 感器的检测信号控制多色 LED 指示灯进入不同工作模式以分别对应指示电子烟装置的各种 工作状态。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于: 所述多色 LED指示灯由多颗发出不同颜 色光线的单色 LED灯组合而成。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于: 所述多颗单色 LED灯至少包括红光 LED 灯、 绿光 LED灯和蓝光 LED灯。
4. 如权利要求 1所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于: 所述多色 LED指示灯为三基色 LED灯, 所述三基色 LED灯设置于 PCB基板上, 所述 PCB基板上还设有控制三基色 LED灯发光的 控制芯片, 所述三基色 LED灯包括由透明封装体封装成一体的红光 LED芯片、 绿光 LED 芯片和蓝光 LED芯片。
5. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于: 所述电子烟装置为电子香烟、 电子雪茄 或电子水烟, 电子烟装置内部设有可充电电池。
6. 如权利要求 5 所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于: 所述传感器包括用于检测电子烟装置是 否处于吸烟状态的吸烟传感器以及检测所述可充电电池剩余电量的电量传感器。
7. 如权利要求 5所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于: 所述多色 LED指示灯设置于电子烟装置 的顶部、 中部或底部。
8. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于: 所述电子烟装置为用于存放电子香烟或 电子雪茄的电子烟盒, 其内部设有用于为电子香烟或电子雪茄充电的电源组件。
9. 如权利要求 8 所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于: 所述电源组件包括可充电电池及充电控 制电路, 传感器包括用于检测电子烟盒是否处于为存放其中的电子香烟或电子雪茄充电的状 态的充电传感器以及检测电源组件的可充电电池剩余电量的电量传感器。
10. 如权利要求 8 所述的电子烟装置, 其特征在于: 所述多色 LED 指示灯设置于电子烟装 置的顶部、 中部或底部。
