Abstract

La présente invention concerne un orifice pour chirurgie minimalement invasive, par exemple une chirurgie endoscopique ou laparoscopique, via une incision chez un patient. La présente invention concerne en outre des procédés d'utilisation d'un tel orifice, l'orifice (2) comprenant un manchon sensiblement cylindrique (8) formé en un matériau de membrane flexible et ayant une première extrémité ouverte et une seconde extrémité fermée (10), un premier agencement d'anneau élastique (4) étant fourni autour dudit manchon au niveau de ladite extrémité ouverte, et un second agencement d'anneau élastique (6) autour dudit manchon (8) et situé sur celui-ci entre ledit premier agencement d'anneau élastique (4) et ladite extrémité fermée (10), dans lequel le second agencement d'anneau résilient est conçu pour, durant l'utilisation, être enroulé autour de lui-même et du manchon pour enrouler tout matériau de membrane flexible s'étendant entre lesdits premier et second agencements d'anneau élastique, pour placer le premier agencement d'anneau élastique et le second agencement d'anneau élastique en contact étroit contre les côtés respectifs d'une incision, fonctionnant ainsi à la fois comme un rétracteur de plaie/orifice et comme un joint pour l'introduction d'instruments chirurgicaux sans entraîner de contamination.
