Abstract

본 발명은 서열목록 제1서열 내지 제7서열로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 뉴클레오타이드 서열을 포함하는 핵산 앱타머와 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 핵산 앱타머는 암 세포 특히 췌장암 암 줄기세포에 특이적으로 결합하는 특성을 갖는다. 따라서, 본 발명의 핵산 앱타머는 암의 진단 및 표적뿐만 아니라, 췌장암의 진단 또는 예후 판단 용도로 사용될 수 있다. 본 발명의 DNA 앱타머는 췌장암 진단에 활용되고 있는 췌장암 결합 항체를 대체할 수 있으며, 췌장암을 보다 신속하고 경제적으로 진단할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
