Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé, un dispositif et un système servant à mettre en œuvre une libération de connexion de contrôle de ressource radio. Le procédé consiste à : recevoir, par un nœud évolué B (eNB), le message d'assistant de libération de connexion transmis par un UE dans un état de connexion avec un RRC ; acquérir les informations dans le message d'assistant de libération de connexion transmis par l'UE, et selon les informations et la condition prédéfinie de retard de connexion, juger si la connexion de l'UE au RRC doit être libérée ou non. Dans la solution technique de la présente invention, du fait que l'UE peut aider l'eNB pour effectuer le jugement pour libérer la connexion au RRC selon les informations acquises d'attribut de service, les coûts superflus de signalisation peuvent être évités et le taux d'utilisation des ressources peut être augmenté.
