Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés et des dispositifs permettant la condensation sous forme de gouttes d'une vapeur de réfrigérant sur une surface. La surface et différents aspects du système sont configurés pour faire en sorte que la surface repousse le réfrigérant et augmente la mobilité des gouttes pour élever le taux de condensation et/ou élever le taux de transfert de chaleur. La surface repoussant le réfrigérant peut être configurée de telle manière qu'un réfrigérant qui pourrait normalement mouiller une surface plate non structurée soit effectivement repoussé.
