Abstract

L'invention se rapporte au domaine des équipement médicaux et de la médecine, et notamment de la traumatologie et de la neurochirurgie. L'invention concerne une prothèse commandée de la région cervicale de la colonne vertébrale, comprenant un circuit cinématique de manipulateur à plateforme de Sholkor, et comprenant des supports inférieur et supérieur se présentant sous forme d'extrémités de support comprenant deux moitiés connectées par charnières. Un anneau de support supérieur est fixé rigidement à l'aide de deux plaques ou plus dans un casque dans lequel vient se fixer la tête. Cet anneau de support peut tourner vers la gauche, vers la droite, et définit une inclinaison par rapport au support inférieur fixé sur des épaulières connectées rigidement par des sangles à une ceinture via six maillons de connexion. La longueur de trois maillons de connexion reliés en un point sur le support supérieure de la prothèse, dans la région occipitale, se règle manuellement en fonction des particularités anatomiques du patient, tandis que la longueur des trois autres maillons de connexion est modifiée à l'aide d'actionneurs commandés qui permettent de déplacer la tête et d'assurer une position physiologique acceptable de la tête par rapport au pont occipital et au tronc.
