本发明涉及通信领域, 具体涉及一种用户设备节电方法, 装置和用户设 备。 背景技术
处于无线资源控制连接 ( Radio Resource Control connected , RRC connected )状态的用户设备(User Equipment, UE ) 的电量消耗很大程度上 取决与网络对 UE 的调度。 当网络对 RRC connected状态的 UE进行调度时 主要考虑 UE 的保证比特率(Guaranteed Bit Rate, GBR )需求, 首先保证多 个 UE 的 GBR需求。 当系统资源有剩余时, 再根据不同 UE 的不同承载的优 先级公平的调度, 但网络侧并没有考虑 UE的省电需求。
针对无线资源控制空闲 (RRC idle )状态的 UE, UE 的电量消耗主要体 现在 UE对寻呼(paging ) 的监听, UE做小区重选的频率, UE做 TA 更 新的频率等等。 网络侧考虑整体网络的状况配置 UE, 也不会考虑 UE的省电 需求, 特别是 UE是希望扩展待机的情况下, 如何减少 UE的耗电。 发明内容
本发明实施例的目的是提供一种用户设备节电方法, 可以使得用户设备 减少耗电。

应用本发明实施例提供的技术方案,由需要进行节电配置的用户设备 UE 向网络侧发送节电请求、 网络侧根据用户设备 UE的请求, 对 UE进行节电的 配置或调度, 从而达到 UE的耗电, 以达到用户设备节电的目的, 从而提高用 户设备的体验。 附图说明

下面通过附图和实施例, 对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。 本发明实施例的核心思想在于, 在 UE需要进行节电时, 向网络侧发送 节电请求, 由网络侧中接入网中的基站或者核心网中的移动性管理实体 (Mobility Management Entity ,ΜΜΕ)对用户设备进行节电配置或调度, 从而达 到给用户设备节电的目的。
本发明实施例一方面提供了一种用户设备节电方法, 图 1是该实施例提 供的用户设备节电方法的流程示意图。 该方法的执行主体可以是用户设备, 该方法包括以下内容。
步骤 101 , 判断用户设备是否需要节电;
具体的, 用户设备可以根据当前的业务需求或当前的电量判断是否需要节 电。 例如, 用户设备当前电量不到 10%或者当前业务为视频业务, 用户设备 如果需要更长的待机时间或者在不能及时充电的情况下, 就需要进行节电以 保证用户设备不会因为不必要的操作而电量浪费而导致体验下降。 可选地, 用户设备可以将当前的业务需求或电量也可以作为判断用户设备是否需要节 电的触发条件, 例如, 当前的业务需求为视频业务或电池电量低于 10%, 将 自动触发判断用户设备可以进行节电, 而不需要网络侧发现用户设备是否需 要进行节电。
步骤 102, 在所述用户设备需要节电时, 向网络侧发送节电配置请求, 所 述节电配置请求用于请求所述网络侧根据所述节电配置请求, 对所述用户设 备做出节电配置。
具体而言, 本发明实施例中的网络侧可以是基站, 也可以是移动管理实 体。 用户设备可以通过空口向基站发送节电配置请求, 也可以通过基站向移 动管理实体转发节电配置请求。
如果用户设备判断出需要进行节电, 可以向网络侧发出节电配置请求。 如果网络侧接受了该节电配置请求, 可以根据该节电配置请求对用户设备进 行节电配置。 如果网络侧不接受该节电配置请求, 可以不对该用户设备进行 节电操作。 例如, 用户设备不是网络认证的付费客户, 网络侧可以拒绝该用 户设备的节电操作请求, 而不对该用户设备进行节电配置。
更进一步地, 用户设备可以接收指令, 该指令用于指示用户设备需要节 电。 用户设备收到该指令后, 判断出需要进行节电, 用户设备就向网络侧发 送节电配置请求。 可选地, 该指令可以是网络侧下发的指令, 例如, 用户设 备被网络侧选择为进行最小化路测 (MDT ) 的终端, 该用户设备应保持足够 的电量以完成 MDT测量, 网络侧会指令该用户设备进行节电。 可选地, 该指 令也可以用户设备的使用者通过运行在用户设备上安装的节电控制应用程生 成节电配置请求发送给网络侧的。
在本发明实施例提供的用户设备节电方法的一种实施方式中, 用户设备 可以只是发送节电配置请求, 具体做出何种节电配置由网络侧进行判定和执 行, 节电配置也不一定要通知到用户设备, 也可以达到用户设备节电的目的。
可选地, 上述方法还可以包括:

本发明实施例中, 用户设备可以请求网络侧为用户设备在 RRC idle状态 下时做出节电配置,或者请求网络侧为用户设备在 RRC connected状态时做出 节电配置。
更进一步地,在本发明实施例提供的用户设备节电方法的另一种实施方式 中, 用户设备可以在向网络侧发出的节电配置请求中还携带请求网络侧具体 做出所请求的某种节电配置。 网络侧可以接受该节电配置请求所请求的这种 节电配置, 以达到用户设备发出的节电配置请求所期望达到的节电配置; 网 络侧也可以接受对用户设备进行节电配置, 但拒绝用户设备所请求的这种节 电配置, 而做出其它的节电配置。
处于 RRC idle状态的用户设备可以在节电配置请求中携带上述一种或多 种请求的节电配置。 网络侧可以全部接受或部分接受该节电配置请求中的一 种或多种节电配置, 对该用户设备 出节电配置。
在一种可能的实施方式中, 用户设备可以向网络侧发出更改所述用户设 备的寻呼周期的请求。 如果网络侧接受了用户设备的请求, 并且更改了该用 户设备的寻呼周期, 能够减少所述用户设备在处于 RRC idle状态时, 固定时 间醒来监听寻呼的次数, 以达到节电的目的。
在另一种可能的实施方式中,用户设备直接向网络侧发出增加为所述用户 设备配置的跟踪区域的请求。 如果网络侧接受了用户设备的请求, 并为所述 用户设备增加为此用户设备配置的跟踪区域, 可以以减少所述用户设备在处 于 RRC idle状态时, 进行跨跟踪区域移动时需要做的跟踪区域更新过程, 从 而达到节电的目的。
在另一种可能的实施方式中,用户设备向网络侧发出提高为所述用户设备 配置的大覆盖区域的小区的频率优先级的请求。 如果网络侧接受了用户设备 的请求, 则可以根据网络侧发送频段判断用户设备可以移动的多个小区的覆 盖范围。 对于覆盖范围较大的小区, 提高其频率优先级。 相应地, 对于覆盖 范围较小的小区, 可以降低其频率优先级。 这样为所述用户设备配置的覆盖 区域较大的小区的频率优先级, 可以减少所述用户设备在 RRC idle状态时, 在跨小区移动时的重选次数, 以达到节电的目的。

在另一种可能的实施方式中,用户设备可以向网络侧发出增加向所述用户 设备发送数据的功率的请求。 网络侧如果接受了上述请求, 则增加向所述用 户设备发送数据的功率,可以减少所述用户设备处于 RRC connected状态时错 误接收的次数, 以达到节电的目的。
在另一种可能的实施方式中,用户设备 UE可以向网络侧发出增加向所述 用户设备发送的数据块大小的请求。 网络侧如果接受了上述请求, 则增加向 用户设备发送的数据块的大小, 可以减少所述用户设备处于 RRC connected 状态时的接收次数, 以达到节电的目的。
在另一种可能的实施方式中,用户设备可以向网络侧发出为所述用户设备 打开已经关闭的小区的请求。 网络侧如果接受了上述请求, 则打开已经关闭 的小区, 可以使得所述已经关闭的小区在所述用户设备处于 RRC connected 状态时距离所述已经关闭的小区相比所述用户设备的服务基站更近时, 提高 向所述用户设备提供的信道质量, 以达到节电的目的。 例如, 网络侧根据用 户设备当前位置判断用户设备距离服务基站的距离已经较远, 但是在该用户 设备附近存在一个已经关闭的但相比服务基站更近的小区基站, 例如 5米或 10米, 则可以将此小区基站打开, 从而提高向用户设备提供的信道质量。
以上多种可能实现方式表明,用户设备可以在节电配置请求中,携带具体 请求网络侧该用户设备所期望的节电配置。 例如, 在用户设备处于 RRC connected状态下, 用户设备可以向网络侧发出增长所述用户设备的非连续接 收周期的请求, 用户设备也可以向网络侧发出增加向所述用户设备发送数据 的功率的请求, 用户设备也可以向网络侧发出增加向所述用户设备发送的数 据块大小的请求或者用户设备也可以向网络侧发出为所述用户设备打开已经 关闭的小区的请求等。 再例如, 在用户设备在 RRC idle状态下, 用户设备可 以向网络侧发出更改所述用户设备的寻呼周期的请求, 用户设备也可以向网 络侧发出增加为所述用户设备配置的跟踪区域的请求, 或用户设备也可以向 网络侧发出提高为所述用户设备配置的大覆盖区域的小区的频率优先级的请 求等。 网络侧可以接受上述节电配置请求, 并对用户设备进行节电配置。
本发明实施例中用户设备节电的方法的一种或多种可能实现方式,本领域 技术人员可以理解, 在实际应用中还包括更多地用户设备节电的可能实现方 式, 可以用来节省用户设备在 RRC connected状态或者 RRC idle状态的电力 消耗, 从而提高用户设备的体验。 图 2是本发明实施例提供的用户设备节电方法的另一种实施例的流程示 意图。 该方法的执行主体可以为用户设备, 所述方法包括以下内容。
步骤 201 ,接收网络侧的节电配置询问消息, 该节电配置询问消息用于向 用户设备询问是否需要节电。
具体地, 网络侧可以向用户设备发送节电配置询问消息, 用于询问用户 设备是否需要节电。 用户设备可以接收该节电配置询问消息, 并执行步骤 202 判断是否需要进行节电。
步骤 202, 判断用户设备是否需要节电。
具体地, 用户设备可以根据当前的业务需求、 当前的电量判断和接收到的 用于指示节电的指令判断是否需要节电。 如果用户设备需要进行节电, 可以 向网络侧发送节电配置请求。
步骤 203, 在所述用户设备需要节电时, 所述用户设备可以向网络侧发送 节电配置请求, 以便于所述网络侧根据所述节电配置请求, 对所述用户设备 做出节电配置。
具体而言,用户设备的持有者在某些状态下,希望用户设备能够持续较长 的待机时间, 例如, 在夜间使用或者在未携带充电设备的情况下。 因此, 用 户设备可以向网络侧发送节电配置请求, 或者通过由用户触发用户设备安装 的节电控制应用程序, 并运行节电控制应用, 以生成节电配置请求, 并将生 成的节电配置请求携带在信令中, 发送给网络侧。
在步骤 203中, 用户设备可以通过无线资源控制 RRC信令向网络侧发送 节电配置请求, 也可以通过非接入层 (Non- Access Stratum, NAS)信令向网 络侧发送节电配置请求。
作为一个示例, 用户设备通过 RRC信令向网络侧发送节电配置请求, 需 要通过无线接入网(Radio Access Network ,RAN)中的基站将节电配置请求解 析之后,再转发给核心网(Cored NetworkCN)中的 MME, 由 MME对用户设备 进行节电配置。 如图 3所示, S31,用户设备通过 RRC信令将节电配置请求发 送给接入网 RAN; S32, RAN向核心网 CN转发 UE的节电配置请求; S33 , 核心网将为 UE做出节电配置通过 RRC信令发送给 RAN; S34, RAN将核心 网为 UE做出节电配置通过 RRC信令发送给 UE。 作为另一个示例, 用户设备通过 NAS信令将节电配置请求直接发送给核 心网 CN中的 MME, 如图 4所示。
541 , UE通过 NAS信令由 RAN透传, 向核心网发送节电配置请求;
542, 核心网 CN通过 NAS信令将为 UE做出的节电配置发送给 UE。 本发明实施例中的 UE发送的节电配置请求和对该节电配置请求的节电 配置的描述, 具体可见如图 1所述实施例的描述, 这里不再赘述。
网络侧可以不将如何进行的节电配置发送给用户设备,网络也可以将如何 进行的节电配置通过节电配置消息发送给用户设备。 如果网络侧将如何进行 的节电配置通过节电配置消息发送给用户设备, 步骤 203之后, 还可以包括 步骤 204。
步骤 204 , 接收所述网络侧对所述用户设备做出的配置通知消息。
具体而言, 网络侧在接收到来自用户设备的节电配置请求之后,对用户设 备的配置做出修改, 调整网络功能的优先级, 并将更改后的配置发送给用户 设备, 用户设备接收网络侧对用户设备做出的配置通知消息。
通过上述实施例,用户设备根据网络侧询问,向网络侧发送节电配置请求, 由网络侧根据用户设备的请求, 对用户设备的配置进行更改, 以达到节省用 户设备耗电的目的。
更进一步地, 用户设备在不需要进行节电时, 还可以通过 RRC信令或者 NAS信令发送退出节电请求, 网络侧接收到退出节电请求之后, 结束用户设 备的节电, 回复正常配置(例如, 结束计费服务) 。
图 5是本发明实施例提供的一种用户设备节电方法的流程示意图,该实施 例中的执行主体为网络侧, 该网络侧可以是 RAN侧设备 (例如基站) , 也可 以是核心网设备(例如, 移动管理实体) 由图 5可见, 所述方法包括以下内 谷。
步骤 501 , 接收用户设备发送的节电配置请求, 所述节电配置请求用于请 求所述网络侧根据所述节电配置请求, 对所述用户设备做出节电配置。 具体而言, 网络侧可以接收用户设备通过 RRC信令或者 NAS信令发送 的节电配置请求。 用户设备通过 RRC信令发送节电配置请求是通过接入网 RAN转发, 而用户设备通过 NAS信令发送节电配置请求是由用户设备通过 RAN透传向核心网发送。
步骤 502, 根据所述节电配置请求, 对所述用户设备做出节电配置。
具体的说, 网络侧在接收到用户设备的节电配置请求之后, 可以做出对 用户设备的节电配置。
如果网络侧是针对用户设备在处于 RRC idle状态时需要做的节电配置请 求, 对所述用户设备做出节电配置具体包括以下方式中的一种或几种:
更改所述用户设备的寻呼周期 paging cycle , 以减少所述用户设备在固定 时间醒来监听寻呼 paging的次数;
增加为所述用户设备配置的跟踪区域 (tracking area, TA)以减少所述用户 设备在进行跨跟踪区域移动时需要做的跟踪区域 TA更新过程;
提高为所述用户设备配置的大覆盖区域的小区的频率优先级,以减少所述 用户设备在跨小区移动时的重选次数。 例如, 可以根据网络侧发送频段判断 用户设备可以移动的多个小区的覆盖范围, 对于覆盖范围较大的小区, 提高 其频率优先级。 相应地, 对于覆盖范围较小的小区, 可以降低其频率优先级。
以上几种方式, 可以选择一种, 或者将几种方式组合使用, 不多赘述。 如果网络侧是针对用户设备在 RRC connected状态时的节电配置,则所述 根据所述节电配置请求, 对所述用户设备做出节电配置具体包括以下方式中 的一种或几种:
增长所述用户设备的非连续接收周期,以减少所述用户设备醒来监听下行 物理控制信道 PDCCH的时间;
增加向所述用户设备发送数据的功率,以减少所述用户设备错误接收的次 数;
增加向所述用户设备发送的数据块大小, 以减少所述用户设备的接收次 数;
为所述用户设备打开已经关闭的小区,以使得所述已经关闭的小区在所述 用户设备距离所述已经关闭的小区相比所述用户设备的服务基站距离更近 时, 提高向所述用户设备提供的信道质量, 使用更大数据块给所述用户设备 发送数据, 达到节电的效果。
在实际应用中, 可以采用以上的一种方式, 或者几种方式相结合, 进行节 电配置, 不加赞述。
在实际使用中,网络侧可以预先配置好两种任一种用户设备状态的节电配 置, 在需要进行哪种配置时, 选择哪一种。 例如, 处于 RRC connected状态下 的用户设备可以配置使用在 RRC idle 态下的节电配置。 当用户设备由 RRC connected状态变成了 RRC idle态, 网络侧可以按照预先配置好的 idle态的节 电配置执行网络操作; 用户设备由 RRC idle状态变成了 RRC connected状态 后,网络侧可以按照预先配置好的 RRC connected状态的节电配置执行网络操 作。
在本发明实施例中, 网络侧可以选择将节电配置告知用户设备,也可以选 择不告知。如果网络侧告知对用户设备的节电配置,可以进一步执行步骤 503。
步骤 503 , 向所述用户设备发送节电配置通知消息, 所述节电配置通知消 息用以告知所述用户设备所述网络侧对所述用户设备做出的节电配置。
在该步骤 503 中, 在网络侧更改了对用户设备的配置之后, 将更改后的 配置通过节电配置通知消息发送给用户设备。
针对不同状态的用户设备的节电配置不同, 网络侧发送的节电配置通知消 息可以不同。
通过上述实施例, 网络侧能够根据用户设备主动发出的节电配置请求,对 用户设备的配置进行更改, 以达到节省用户设备耗电的目的。
当然,如果接收到用户设备发送的退出节电请求, 网络侧将针对该用户设 备的配置回复正常状况, 以作为退出机制。 以下从网络侧介绍本发明实施例提供的用户设备节电方法的另一种实施 例。 图 6是其流程示意图, 由图可见, 所述方法包括以下内容。
步骤 601 , 向用户设备发送节电配置询问消息, 用以询问所述用户设备知 否需要节电。
具体而言, 网络侧可以提供节电配置的服务, 在提供这种服务时, 可以 向用户收取一定的费用, 或者不收取任何费用。 网络侧可以向 RRC idle状态 状态或者 RRC connected状态的用户设备发送节电配置询问消息。
步骤 602, 如果接收到所述用户设备发送的节电配置请求, 则为所述用户 设备进行节电配置。 可选地, 如果接收到了所述用户设备的拒绝节电配置信 息, 则不为用户设备进行节电配置; 或者, 没有收到所述用户设备的节电配 置请求超时, 则不为所述用户设备进行节电配置。
本发明实施例中网络侧对用户设备进行的节电配置, 具体可以参见如图 1—图 4任意一个所述的实施例的描述, 这里不再赘述。
可选地, 网络侧对用户设备进行了节电配置可以将如何进行的节电配置 的信息发送给用户设备。
步骤 603 , 向所述用户设备发送节电配置通知消息, 所述节电配置通知消 息用以告知所述用户设备所述网络侧对所述用户设备做出的节电配置。
通过本实施例, 网络侧可以主动询问用户设备是否需要节电配置, 若用 户设备需要这种服务, 则网络侧根据用户设备的请求, 对用户设备的配置进 行更改, 以达到节省用户设备耗电的目的, 从而可以提高用户体验。
如图 7所示, 本发明实施例提供一种用户设备 70, 包括:
判断单元 701 , 用于判断用户设备是否需要节电;
发送单元 702, 用于在该用户设备需要节电时, 向网络侧发送节电配置请 求, 所述节电配置请求用于所述网络侧根据所述节电配置请求, 对所述用户 设备做出节电配置。
作为一个示例, 判断单元 701 可以根据用户设备当前的业务需求、 当前 的电量或接收到的用于指示节电的指令判断是否需要节电。
作为一个示例, 发送单元 702具体可以用于: 请求网络侧更改所述用户 设备的寻呼周期、 请求网络侧增加为所述用户设备配置的跟踪区域、 请求网 络侧提高为所述用户设备配置的大覆盖区域的小区的频率优先级、 请求网络 侧增长所述用户设备的非连续接收周期、 请求网络侧增加向所述用户设备发 送数据的功率、 请求网络侧增加向所述用户设备发送的数据块大小或请求网 络侧为所述用户设备打开已经关闭的小区。
可选地, 该用户设备还可以包括: 接收单元 703 , 用于接收所述网络侧对 用户设备做出的配置通知消息。
如图 7所述的实施例与如图 1或图 2所述的方法实施例对应, 图 7所述 的实施例提供的用户设备可以执行如图 1或图 2所述的方法实施例中的动作 和步骤, 详细可参见方法实施例, 在此不再赘述。
使用本发明实施例提供的用户设备, 可以在用户设备需要进行节电时, 由网络侧对该用户设备进行节电配置, 从而减少了该用户设备的耗电, 提高 了用户的体验。
本发明实施例还提供一种节电配置装置, 该节电配置装置 80可以是接入 网设备 (例如基站 )或者核心网设备, 如图 8所示, 该节电配置装置 80包括: 接收单元 801 , 用以接收用户设备发送的节电配置请求, 并将接收到的所 述节电配置请求发送给配置单元 802,所述节电配置请求用于请求该节电配置 装置根据所述节电配置请求, 对所述用户设备做出节电配置;
配置单元 802, 用于接收所述接收单元 801发送的节电配置请求, 并根据 所述节电配置请求, 对所述用户设备做出节电配置, 并将所述节电配置发送 给所述发送单元 803。
可选地, 该节电配置装置还可以包括:
发送单元 803 , 用于向所述用户设备发送节电配置通知消息, 所述节电配 置通知消息用以告知所述用户设备所述节电配置装置对所述用户设备做出的 节电配置。
此外, 该节电配置装置还可以包括询问单元, 用以向用户设备发送节电 配置询问消息, 所述节点配置询问消息用以询问所述用户设备是否需要节电。 相应地, 所述配置单元 802具体可用于在所述接收单元 801接收到所述用户 设备发送的节电配置请求时, 为所述用户设备做出节电配置。 接收单元 801 在接收到用户设备发送的节电配置请求时, 可以将该节电配置请求作为上述 节电配置询问消息的响应。 如果接收单元 801 没有接收到用户设备发送的节 电配置请求超时了, 或者接收单元 801接收到了用户设备发送的拒绝节电配 置信息, 则配置单元 802不用为用户设备做出节电配置, 保持现有配置不变。
作为一个示例,如果所述用户设备处于 RRC idle状态,所述配置单元 802 对所述用户设备进行节电配置, 具体包括以下方式中的一种或几种:
更改所述用户设备的寻呼周期;
增加为所述用户设备配置的跟踪区域;
提高为所述用户设备配置的大覆盖区域的小区的频率优先级。
作为另一个示例, 如果所述用户设备处于 RRC connected状态, 所述配置 单元 802对所述用户设备进行节电配置, 具体包括以下方式中的一种或几种: 增长所述用户设备的非连续接收周期;
增加向所述用户设备发送数据的功率;
增加向所述用户设备发送的数据块大小;
为所述用户设备打开已经关闭的小区。
需要说明的是, 图 8所示的节电配置装置可以用于实现如图 1-图 6所 述的任一种方法实施例, 关于对用户设备做出的的具体节电配置请求, 与 前述实施例类似, 在此不再赘述。
应用本发明实施例提供的节电配置装置,可以使得用户设备在需要进行 节电时, 对用户设备进行节电配置, 从而减少用户设备的耗电, 提高用户 设备的体验。 如图 9, 为本发明实施例所提供的一种用户设备的结构示意图。 如图 所示, 该用户设备包括发射机 92、 接收机 91、 存储器 93以及分别与发射 机 92、 接收机 91和存储器 93连接的处理器 94。 当然, 用户设备还可以包 括天线、 基带处理部件、 中射频处理部件、 输入输出装置等通用部件, 本 发明实施例在此不再任何限制。
其中, 存储器 93中存储一组程序代码, 且处理器 94用于调用存储器 中存储的程序代码, 用于执行以下操作:
判断用户设备是否需要节电;
通过发射机 92 向网络侧发送节电配置请求, 以便于所述网络侧根据所述 节电配置请求, 对所述用户设备做出节电配置。
需要说明的是, 图 9所示的用户设备可以用于实现以上方法实施例所 提供的任一种方法, 关于向网络侧发出的具体节电配置请求, 与前述实施 例类似, 在此不再赘述。
使用本发明实施例提供的用户设备, 可以在用户设备需要进行节电时, 由网络侧对该用户设备进行节电配置, 从而减少了该用户设备的耗电, 提高 了用户的体验。
如图 10,其为本发明实施例所提供的一种节电配置装置的结构示意图。 如图所示, 该用配置装置包括发射机 12、 接收机 11、 存储器 13以及分别 与发射机 12、 接收机 11和存储器 13连接的处理器 14。 当然, 节电配置装 置还可以包括天线、 基带处理部件、 中射频处理部件、 输入输出装置等通 用部件, 本发明实施例在此不再任何限制。
其中, 存储器 13中存储一组程序代码, 且处理器 14用于调用存储器 中存储的程序代码, 用于执行以下操作:
通过接收机 11接收用户设备发送的节电配置请求, 所述节电配置请求用 于请求所述网络侧根据所述节电配置请求, 对所述用户设备做出节电配置; 根据所述节电配置请求, 对所述用户设备做出节电配置。 需要说明的是,图 10所示的节电配置装置可以用于实现以上方法实施 例所提供的任一种方法, 关于对用户设备做出的的具体节电配置请求, 与 前述实施例类似, 在此不再赘述。
应用本发明实施例提供的节电配置装置, 可以使得用户设备在需要进 行节电时, 对用户设备进行节电配置, 从而减少用户设备的耗电, 提高用 户设备的体验。

配置单元, 用于接收所述接收单元接收的所述节电配置请求, 并根据所 述节电配置请求, 对所述用户设备做出节电配置。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的节电配置装置节电配置装置, 其特征在于, 还 包括:
发送单元, 用于向所述用户设备发送节电配置通知消息, 所述节电配置 通知消息用以告知所述用户设备所述节电配置装置对所述用户设备做出的节 电配置。
17、 如权利要求 15所述的节电配置装置, 其特征在于, 还包括询问单元, 所述询问单元用以向所述用户设备发送节电配置询问消息, 所述节电配置询 问消息用以询问所述用户设备是否需要节电;
所述配置单元具体用于在所述接收单元接收到所述用户设备发送的节电 配置请求时, 为所述用户设备做出节电配置。
18、 如权利要求 15所述的节电配置装置, 其特征在于, 所述配置单元具 体用于包括以下方式中的一种或几种对所述用户设备做出节电配置:
更改所述用户设备的寻呼周期; 或者,
增加为所述用户设备配置的跟踪区域; 或者,
提高为所述用户设备配置的大覆盖区域的小区的频率优先级;
其中, 所述用户设备处于无线资源控制空闲 RRC idle态。
19、如权利要求 15所述的节电配置装置, 其特征在于, 所述配置单元具体 用于包括以下方式中的一种或几种做出节电配置:
增长所述用户设备的非连续接收周期; 或者,
增加向所述用户设备发送数据的功率; 或者,
增加向所述用户设备发送的数据块大小; 或者, 为所述用户设备打开已经关闭的小区;
其中, 所述用户设备处于无线资源控制连接 RRC connected态。
20、 一种用户设备, 其特征在于, 包括: 发射机、 接收机、 存储器以及 分别与发射机、 接收机和存储器连接的处理器;
所述存储器中存储一组程序代码, 且处理器用于调用存储器中存储的 程序代码, 用于执行以下操作:
判断用户设备是否需要节电;
在所述用户设备需要节电时, 通过发射机向网络侧发送节电配置请求, 所述节电配置请求用于请求所述网络侧根据所述节电配置请求, 对所述用户 设备做出节电配置。
21、 一种节电配置装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 发射机、 接收机、 存储器 以及分别与发射机、 接收机和存储器连接的处理器;
所述存储器中存储一组程序代码, 且处理器用于调用存储器中存储的 程序代码, 用于执行以下操作:
接收用户设备发送的节电配置请求,所述节电配置请求用于请求所述网络 侧根据所述节电配置请求, 对所述用户设备做出节电配置;
根据所述节电配置请求, 对所述用户设备做出节电配置。
