Abstract

 底部開先角度を10°以下、底部開先ギャップを7mm以上15mm以下とし、板厚が22mm以上である厚鋼材を、狭開先の多層溶接により接合するガスシールドアーク溶接方法において、初層溶接を2パス以上として各パスを底部開先ギャップの両側に振り分け、さらに溶接トーチ先端の給電チップから供給する溶接ワイヤの供給角度を垂線に対して5°以上15°以下の範囲に制御することにより、上記厚鋼材の底部における溶融深さを1.5mm以上とする。
