Abstract

簡便に、少ない材料種で作製可能な反射防止膜を備えた光学部材を得る。 【課題】透明基材(10)の表面に、透明薄膜層(15)、アルミナの水和物を主成分とする透明な微細凹凸層(18)をこの順に備えてなる反射防止膜(19)を備え、透明薄膜層(15)が、透明基材(10)の屈折率と、微細凹凸層(18)の屈折率との間の屈折率を有するものであり、透明薄膜層(15)が、少なくとも窒化物層または酸窒化物層を含むものとする。
