O presente relatório trata do pedido de patente de invenção para uma Máquina de Bater, Descascar, Aspirar e Separar grãos de mamonas indeiscentes, semi indeiscente e deiscente entre outros grãos como amendoim, feijão de corda (vagem), andu, fava e pião manso. Produzida com material resistente e longa vida útil, é dividida em quatro (4) partes principais: boca de alimenta com cilindro e com pinos; câmera de aspiração com ventoinha; peneiras de limpeza e seleção de grãos; e, o chassi. A Batedeira de Mamona, objeto deste pedido de patente de invenção, é versátil e de fácil operacionalidade, após completada a secagem no terreiro, a mamona é jogada diretamente na boca de alimentação da máquina, onde através de um eixo com pinos é puxada, os talos são quebrados por pinos do eixo, com impacto dos pinos ocorre à abertura dos capotes e a separação deste dos caroços. Todo material processado passa pelos orifícios da peneira primária que fica ao redor do eixo, juntamente com algumas impurezas, esse material desce por uma câmara vertical onde ocorre a separação por processo de aspiração produzido pela ventoinha entre grãos e as impurezas que são jogadas fora pelo exaustor enquanto que os grãos caem na peneira de pré-limpeza, esta por sua vez composta por duas telas com furos, sendo a superior de furos maiores para capturar os capotes (marinheiros) e a peneira inferior capta os caroços e deixa passar impurezas, tais como terra, areia que a turbina por ventura não conseguiu aspirar, por isso se dar o nome de pré-limpeza. Além de descascar a mamona, este equipamento pode ser utilizado para processar outros produtos como amendoim, feijão de corda, andu e pinhão manso, com a mesma eficiência e rapidez.
