Abstract
L'invention concerne des procédés d'utilisation d'une solution de fluorosilane pour enrober des propagules de plantes. Dans un premier mode de réalisation, un procédé de revêtement de propagules de plantes comprend le mélange de propagules de plantes avec une composition d'enrobage comprenant une solution de fluorosilane et le séchage de la solution de fluorosilane pour former une couche hydrophobe autour des propagules de plantes. Dans un second mode de réalisation, un procédé de réduction de la perméabilité à l'eau d'un péricarpe d'une graine consiste à enrober au moins une partie de la graine par une composition d'enrobage comprenant une solution de fluorosilane et à laisser la solution de fluorosilane sécher pour former une couche hydrophobe sur la partie enrobée.
