Description
本发明涉及一种散热型LED灯。
现有技术中,LED灯是由灯头、散热体、驱动电路、LED灯板和灯罩组成。驱动电路安装在散热体中,散热体固定在灯头上,LED灯板固定在散热体上,LED灯板与驱动电路连接,灯罩罩在散热体上,使LED灯板处于灯罩中。使用时,电源通过灯头和驱动电路向LED灯板供电,LED发光,光线透过灯罩,实现照明。
现有LED灯中主要是通过散热体的最外层外表面进行散热,所以散热效果有限,直接影响LED灯的使用寿命。因此,本发明人对其进行改进,本案由此产生。
本发明的目的在于提供一种散热型LED灯,以具有极佳的散热效果,延长LED灯的使用寿命。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种散热型LED灯,由灯头、树脂上盖、散热体、驱动电路、下罩壳、LED灯板、压圈和上罩壳组成;驱动电路安装在树脂上盖中;树脂上盖的下段固定在灯头上,树脂上盖的中段形成下通风孔和外墙;散热体具有内套和外套,内套和外套之间形成通风道并设有连接筋,散热体的内套固定罩在树脂上盖的上段上,散热体的外套下端固定在树脂上盖的外墙上,散热体的外套上端形成上通风孔,此上通风孔与树脂上盖的下通风孔对接,使散热体的外套内壁和外套外壁以及内套的外壁形成三个与外部连通的散热面;下罩壳和LED灯板设置在散热体的顶部并借助压圈和螺丝固定,LED灯板与驱动电路电连接,上罩壳与下罩壳焊接在一起,使LED灯板处于上罩壳和下罩壳中。
所述散热体的内套顶部形成灯板安装台,连接筋的顶部形成罩壳安装台和螺丝孔,LED灯板设置在灯板安装台上,下罩壳下端的内凸垣下方扣接在散热体的罩壳安装台上,压圈借助螺丝与螺丝孔配合固定在散热体的顶部,且压圈的内圈压在LED灯板上而外圈压在下罩壳的内凸垣上。
采用上述方案后,本发明因为增设树脂上盖,并对散热体的结构进行改进,所以形成了上通风孔、通风道和下通风孔供空气流通,使散热体内套的外壁和外套的内壁、外壁均可散热,利用三面散热达到充分、及时散热的极佳散热效果,从而有利于延长LED灯的使用寿命。
另外,利用压圈固定下罩壳和LED灯板,使上罩壳和下罩壳形成的空间封闭,可有效防止飞虫进入。
以下结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明。

如图1至图3所示,是本发明的较佳实施例,一种散热型LED灯,由灯头1、树脂上盖2、散热体3、驱动电路4、下罩壳5、LED灯板6、压圈7和上罩壳8组成。
驱动电路4安装在树脂上盖2中。
树脂上盖2的下段固定在灯头1上,树脂上盖2的中段形成下通风孔21和外墙22。
散热体3具有内套31和外套32,内套31和外套32之间形成通风道33并设有连接筋34。散热体3的内套31固定罩在树脂上盖2的上段上,散热体3的外套32下端固定在树脂上盖2的外墙22上。散热体3的外套32上端形成上通风孔35。
下罩壳5和LED灯板6设置在散热体3的顶部并借助压圈7和螺丝9固定。为了方便组装,在散热体3的内套31顶部形成灯板安装台36,连接筋34的顶部形成罩壳安装台37和螺丝孔38,LED灯板6设置在灯板安装台36上,下罩壳5下端的内凸垣51下方扣接在罩壳安装台37上,压圈7借助螺丝9与螺丝孔38配合固定在连接筋34顶部,且压圈7的内圈压在LED灯板6上而外圈压在下罩壳5的内凸垣51上。
LED灯板6与驱动电路4电连接。
上罩壳8与下罩壳5焊接在一起,使LED灯板6处于上罩壳8和下罩壳5中。
本发明使用时,电源通过灯头1和驱动电路4向LED灯板6供电,LED发光,光线透过上罩壳8和下罩壳5,实现照明。照明时空气由上通风孔35、通风道33和下通风孔21流通,构件工作产生的热量可以通过散热体3内套31的外壁和外套32的内壁、外壁进行散热,达到充分、及时散热的极佳散热效果,从而有利于延长LED灯的使用寿命。同时,压圈7使上罩壳8和下罩壳5形成封闭空间,可有效防止飞虫进入。
以上所述仅为本发明的一个实施例,并非对本案设计的限制,凡依本案的设计关键所做的等同变化,均落入本案的保护范围。
Claims (2)
1、一种散热型LED灯,其特征在于:由灯头、树脂上盖、散热体、驱动电路、下罩壳、LED灯板、压圈和上罩壳组成;驱动电路安装在树脂上盖中;树脂上盖的下段固定在灯头上,树脂上盖的中段形成下通风孔和外墙;散热体具有内套和外套,内套和外套之间形成通风道并设有连接筋,散热体的内套固定罩在树脂上盖的上段上,散热体的外套下端固定在树脂上盖的外墙上,散热体的外套上端形成上通风孔,此上通风孔与树脂上盖的下通风孔对接,使散热体的外套内壁和外套外壁以及内套的外壁形成三个与外部连通的散热面;下罩壳和LED灯板设置在散热体的顶部并借助压圈和螺丝固定,LED灯板与驱动电路电连接,上罩壳与下罩壳焊接在一起,使LED灯板处于上罩壳和下罩壳中。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种散热型LED灯,其特征在于:所述散热体的内套顶部形成灯板安装台,连接筋的顶部形成罩壳安装台和螺丝孔,LED灯板设置在灯板安装台上,下罩壳下端的内凸垣下方扣接在散热体的罩壳安装台上,压圈借助螺丝与螺丝孔配合固定在散热体的顶部,且压圈的内圈压在LED灯板上而外圈压在下罩壳的内凸垣上。
