Abstract

L'invention concerne une fermeture pour un emballage (1), en particulier cylindrique, destiné à des denrées alimentaires, doté d'un insert (3) comportant une ouverture de sortie (6), de préférence centrale, une pièce (5) pouvant être fixée à l'emballage (1) et un couvercle (4), relié de manière articulée à cette dernière, prévu pour une fermeture à la partie supérieure de l'ouverture de sortie (6) et relié par l'intermédiaire d'une fermeture d'attestation d'origine à l'insert (3). La fermeture d'attestation d'origine comporte un élément d'attestation d'origine (9) relié par l'intermédiaire au moins d'un point destiné à la rupture (27) au couvercle (4) ou à l'insert (3) qui, dans la situation de couverture, lequel élément d'attestation d'origine est disposé latéralement par rapport à un bord (12, 13) de la fermeture s'étendant en particulier sur le pourtour et donc décalé par rapport à l'ouverture de sortie (6). L'élément d'attestation d'origine (9) comporte à chacune de ses extrémités opposées au moins une butée (39, 38), entre lesquelles, après le desserrage de la fermeture d'attestation d'origine, l'élément d'attestation d'origine (9) est maintenu sur une saillie (10) du couvercle (4) ou de l'insert (3). En outre, l'invention concerne un emballage pour des denrées alimentaires.
