Abstract

Il s'agit d'un procédé et d'un dispositif pour la réalisation d'une boîte de matière en feuille de carton ondulé par collage, à partir d'une découpe (43), comportant une suite de volets comprenant au moins quatre volets principaux rectangulaires terminée par une languette (49) rectangulaire de fixation, ladite boîte étant agencée pour être montée automatiquement autour d'un mandrin (55, 56) de forme complémentaire à l'intérieur de la boîte. On dépile la découpe à plat par prise de la découpe du dessus à partir d'un magasin de stockage vertical à niveau constant d'une pile (21) de découpes (22), après encollage de la languette (49) et des rabats, on place ladite découpe à un emplacement déterminé et on amène le volet principal adjacent (44) au volet principal (47) auquel est raccordé la languette (49) de fixation, exactement en vis à vis d'une face inférieure ou supérieure (45) du mandrin de sorte que les arêtes inférieures ou supérieures (53) du mandrin soient exactement en vis à vis des lignes de pliage de la découpe en vis à vis puis on plaque ledit volet adjacent sur le mandrin par mouvement de bas en haut ou de haut en bas, on replie automatiquement les volets autour des arêtes du mandrin, puis on vient plaquer la languette (49) préalablement encollée sur le bord latéral du volet adjacent par pression sur ladite languette autour d'un bord de référence (51) du mandrin du côté opposé à ladite face inférieure ou supérieure.
