Abstract

Disclosed herein is a monofilament bristle made of modified polytrimethylene terephthalate (PTT) composition, comprising: (a) 85-95 wt.% of a polytrimethylene terephthalate, and (b) 5-15 wt.% of a polyethylene-alkyl acrylate copolymer, having a flexural modulus of 2500MPa or lower, a tensile modulus of 2600MPa or lower, and an elongation at break % of 20% or lower.
