Description
外科用直线型切割吻合器的闭合装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种外科用直线型切割吻合器的闭合装置, 属于医疗器械领域。
背景技术
目前, 直线型切割吻合器是对消化道等生理组织施行外科手术时经常使用的一种医疗器 械, 但对于胃、 肺和肠道组织进行横断吻合切除时, 使用现有切割吻合器, 存在以下缺点: 手术中闭合压縮组织时, 靠器械预设的剪刀差来实现前后的平衡闭合, 显然对于不同厚度的 胃、 肺、 肠组织, 其对器械的反力是不一样的, 由于器械前端为悬臂设计, 器械刚性较差, 对于较厚的组织, 抵钉座会上翘变形, 使前端吻合高度 H变大, 同时也会左右偏移, 造成吻 合钉成形不良, 无法有效吻合组织, 影响手术质量, 给手术安全带来影响; 另外对于吻合不 同的组织, 由于个体或组织差异, 吻合高度是不同的, 一旦选定器械, 现有技术的闭合高度 无法调整, 这样在临床手术中, 有可能压伤组织, 或吻合高度偏大, 影响手术质量。 经研究 发现这些缺点主要是由于外科用直线型切割吻合器的闭合装置的设计缺陷导致的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种保证前后吻合高度一致及吻合钉成形质量的外科用直线型切割 吻合器的闭合装置。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是: 一种外科用直线型切割吻合器的闭合装置, 它包括抵钉 座、 组件座、 抵钉座架、 闭合丝杆和驱动杆, 闭合丝杆的一端连接有闭合旋钮, 另一端可移 动地装有闭合螺母, 闭合螺母上固定有驱动销, 驱动杆上开有与该驱动销配合的第一滑槽, 抵钉座架上铰接有两个连杆, 连杆的另一端与驱动杆铰接在第一销轴上, 抵钉座上开有与该 第一销轴配合的第一滑槽, 抵钉座的尾部还套装有第二销轴, 组件座上开有与该第二销轴配 合的第二滑槽。
进一步, 所述的驱动杆的尾部套装有第三销轴, 抵钉座上开有与该第三销轴配合的第三 滑槽。
更进一步, 所述的闭合螺母与所述的抵钉座架滑动配合。
采用了上述技术方案后, 实现了器械在闭合生理组织上的闭合高度和吻合高度的一致 性, 并且可以适应不同厚度的生理组织的要求, 保证了手术质量。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的内容更容易被清楚地理解, 下面根据具体实施例并结合附图, 对本发明 作进一步详细的说明,
如图 1~3 所示, 一种外科用直线型切割吻合器的闭合装置, 它包括抵钉座 1、 组件座 2、 抵钉座架 3、 闭合丝杆 4和驱动杆 5, 闭合丝杆 4的一端连接有闭合旋钮 7, 另一端可移 动地装有闭合螺母 8, 闭合螺母 8上固定有驱动销 9, 驱动杆 5上开有与该驱动销 9配合的 第一滑槽 5-1, 抵钉座架 3上通过第四销轴 10铰接有两个连杆 6, 连杆 6的另一端与驱动杆 5铰接在第一销轴 11上, 抵钉座 1上开有与该第一销轴 11配合的第一滑槽 1-1, 抵钉座 1 的尾部还套装有第二销轴 12, 组件座 2上开有与该第二销轴 12配合的第二滑槽 2-1。
如图 1、 2所示, 所述的驱动杆 11 的尾部套装有第三销轴 13, 抵钉座 1上开有与该第 三销轴 13配合的第三滑槽 1-2。
如图 4所示, 所述的闭合螺母 8与所述的抵钉座架 3滑动配合。
本发明的工作原理如下:
本发明的器械内放入要手术的生理组织, 旋转闭合旋钮 7, 带动闭合丝杆 4旋转, 使得 闭合螺母 8沿抵钉座架 3的滑槽前移, 通过固定在闭合螺母 8上的驱动销 9推动驱动杆 5移 动, 从而带动两个连杆 6 向下摆动, 再由于第二销轴 12与第二滑槽 2-1 的配合, 驱动抵钉 座 1 只能平行地向下移动, 将生理组织压縮到要求的吻合高度, 保证了前后闭合高度 H— 致, 使得前后吻合高度保持了一致性, 再由于闭合丝杆 4和闭合螺母 8的自锁性, 使得抵钉 座 1在向下夹闭生理组织的任何位置上能保持自锁, 适应了不同厚度的生理组织要求。

1、 一种外科用直线型切割吻合器的闭合装置, 其特征在于: 它包括抵钉座 (1)、 组件 座 (2)、 抵钉座架 (3)、 闭合丝杆 (4) 和驱动杆 (5), 闭合丝杆 (4) 的一端连接有闭合旋 钮 (7), 另一端可移动地装有闭合螺母 (8), 闭合螺母 (8) 上固定有驱动销 (9), 驱动杆

2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的外科用直线型切割吻合器的闭合装置, 其特征在于: 所述的 驱动杆 (11) 的尾部套装有第三销轴 (13), 抵钉座 (1) 上开有与该第三销轴 (13) 配合的 第三滑槽 (1-2)。
3、 根据权利要求 1 或 2所述的外科用直线型切割吻合器的闭合装置, 其特征在于: 所 述的闭合螺母 (8) 与所述的抵钉座架 (3) 滑动配合。
