Abstract
La présente invention concerne un matériau protecteur comprenant des matériaux organiques (laine, fibre, etc.) et Sn SnO, BaO, BaSO4, W, W2O3, WI3, WC, Bi, Bi2O3, BiIO, BiI3, du bismuthsubnitrate, du bismuthsubcarbonate et différents mélanges de métaux faible densité ou des compositions de ceux-ci, sans plomb (Pb), utilisés pour protéger à la fois le patient et le praticien contre des rayons x émanant des dispositifs utilisés pendant le processus diagnostique et thérapeutique de maladies. Afin de garantir une telle protection, un support comprenant un matériau protecteur, telle qu'une matrice élastique, a été développé, puis on a ajouté des éléments de remplissage et des compositions qui réduisent le rayonnement. Le processus est complété par comparaison d'une référence au plomb préparée avec les mêmes caractéristiques matricielles qui permettent d'obtenir une protection contre le rayonnement ionisé de 90kV.
