Description
本発明1は、(A)分子中に2個以上のアルケニル基を含有するアルケニル基含有ポリオルガノシロキサン;
(B)ケイ素原子に結合した水素原子を、分子中に2個以上有するポリオルガノハイドロジェンシロキサン;及び
(C)白金系触媒
を含み、
(A)のアルケニル基の個数ViAに対する、(B)のケイ素原子に結合した水素原子の個数HBの比が0.5~10.0であり、
(C)が、白金系金属原子として、0.5~2000ppmである、
第1成分及び第2成分からなる組成物であり、
第1成分が、(A)及び(C)を含み、
第2成分が、(B)を含む、
二剤型の硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物に関する。
本発明2は、(A)が、直鎖状アルケニル基含有ポリオルガノシロキサンである、本発明1の二剤型の硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物に関する。
本発明3は、直鎖状アルケニル基含有ポリオルガノシロキサンが、式(Ia):
Raは、独立して、C2-C6アルケニル基であり、
Rbは、独立して、C1-C6アルキル基又はフェニル基であり、
m1は、23℃における粘度を100~100,000cPにする数である)で示されるアルケニル基含有直鎖状ポリオルガノシロキサンである、本発明2の二剤型の硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物に関する。
本発明4は、(B)が、環状ポリオルガノハイドロジェンシロキサン及び直鎖状ポリオルガノハイドロジェンシロキサンからなる群より選択される1種以上である、本発明1~3のいずれかの二剤型の硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物に関する。
本発明5は、環状ポリオルガノハイドロジェンシロキサンが、(B1)Re 2HSiO1/2単位(式中、Reは水素原子又はC1-C6アルキル基を表す)及びSiO4/2単位からなり、一分子中に、ケイ素原子に結合した水素原子を2個以上有する、環状ポリオルガノハイドロジェンシロキサンである、本発明4の二剤型の硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物に関する。
本発明6は、直鎖状ポリオルガノハイドロジェンシロキサンが、両末端が、それぞれ独立して、R3SiO1/2単位で閉塞され、中間単位がR2SiO2/2単位からなり(式中、Rは、水素原子、C1-C6アルキル基又はフェニル基であるが、ただし、Rのうち、少なくとも2つは水素原子である)、23℃における粘度が1~10,000cPである、直鎖状ポリオルガノハイドロジェンシロキサンである、本発明4又は5の二剤型の硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物に関する。
本発明7は、直鎖状ポリオルガノハイドロジェンシロキサンが、
(B2)両末端がRd 3SiO1/2単位で閉塞され、中間単位がRcRdSiO2/2単位及びRd 2SiO2/2単位(式中、Rcは、水素原子であり、Rdは、独立して、C1-C6アルキル基又はフェニル基である)からなり、23℃における粘度が1~10,000cPである、直鎖状ポリオルガノハイドロジェンシロキサン;
(B3)式(III):
Rcは、水素原子であり、
Rdは、独立して、C1-C6アルキル基又はフェニル基であり、
m2は、(B3)の23℃における粘度を1~10,000cPとする数である)で示される、直鎖状ポリオルガノハイドロジェンシロキサン;及び
(B4)両末端がRcRd 2SiO1/2単位で閉塞され、中間単位がRcRdSiO2/2単位及びRd 2SiO2/2単位(式中、Rcは、水素原子であり、Rdは、独立して、C1-C6アルキル基又はフェニル基である)からなり、23℃における粘度が1~10,000cPである、直鎖状ポリオルガノハイドロジェンシロキサン
からなる群より選択される1種以上のポリオルガノハイドロジェンシロキサンである、本発明6の二剤型の硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物に関する。
本発明8は、第1成分の粘度が、23℃で100~100,000cPであり、第2成分の粘度が、23℃で100~100,000cPである、本発明1~7のいずれかの硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物に関する。
本発明9は、一方の基材の被接着面に第1成分を塗布する工程、第1成分を塗布していない基材の被接着面に第2成分を塗布する工程、及び塗布された基材を貼り合わせて硬化、接着させる工程を含む、二つの基材を貼り合せるための接着剤である、本発明1~8のいずれかの二剤型の硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物に関する。
本発明10は、第1成分の塗布厚みが1~1000μmであり、第2成分の塗布厚みが1~1000μmである、本発明9の二剤型の硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物に関する。
本発明11は、第1成分の塗布厚みと第2成分の塗布厚みとの比が、1:1000~1000:1である、本発明9又は10の二剤型の硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物に関する。
本発明12は、画像表示装置の画像表示部を有する基部と透光性の保護部との接着剤である、本発明1~11のいずれかの二剤型の硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物に関する。
本発明13は、本発明1~12のいずれかの二剤型の硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物を用いた、二つの基材を含む接着体の製造方法であって、一方の基材の被接着面に第1成分を塗布する工程、第1成分を塗布していない基材の被接着面に第2成分を塗布する工程、及び塗布された基材を貼り合わせて硬化、接着させる工程を含む、製造方法に関する。
本発明14は、本発明1~12のいずれかの二剤型の硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物を用いた、画像表示装置の画像表示部を有する基部と透光性の保護部とを接着した画像表示装置の製造方法であって、画像表示装置の画像表示部の基部の被接着面に第1成分又は第2成分を塗布する工程、透光性の保護部の被接着面に第2成分又は第1成分(但し、画像表示装置の画像表示部の基部の被接着面に塗布する成分とは異なる)を塗布する工程、及び塗布された画像表示装置の画像表示部の基部及び透光性の保護部を貼り合わせて硬化、接着させる工程を含む、画像表示装置の製造方法に関する。
(Ra)n1(Rb)n2SiO(4-n1-n2)/2 (I)
(式中、
Raは、C2-C6アルケニル基(例えば、ビニル、アリル、3-ブテニル、5-ヘキセニル)であり;
Rbは、C1-C6アルキル基(例えば、メチル、エチル、プロピル、ブチル、ペンチル、ヘキシル)又はフェニルであり;
n1は、1又は2であり;
n2は、0~2の整数であり、ただし、n1+n2は1~3である)
で示されるアルケニル基含有シロキサン単位を、分子中に少なくとも平均で2個有するアルケニル基含有ポリオルガノシロキサンである。アルケニル基は、分子中に平均で2~100個存在することが好ましく、より好ましくは2~50個である。
Raは、独立して、C2-C6アルケニル基(例えば、ビニル、アリル、3-ブテニル、5-ヘキセニル、好ましくはビニル)であり、
Rbは、独立して、C1-C6アルキル基(例えば、メチル、エチル、プロピル、ブチル、ペンチル、ヘキシル、好ましくはメチル)又はフェニル基であり、
m1は、(A)の23℃における粘度を100~100,000cP(好ましくは、100~10,000cP、より好ましく300~4,000cP)にする数である)で示されるアルケニル基含有直鎖状ポリオルガノシロキサンが好ましい。
(Rc)n3(Rd)n4SiO(4-n3-n4)/2 (II)
(式中、
Rcは、水素原子であり、
Rdは、C1-C6アルキル基(例えば、メチル、エチル、プロピル、ブチル、ペンチル、ヘキシル、好ましくはメチル)又はフェニル基であり;
n3は、1又は2であり;
n4は、0~2の整数であり、ただし、n3+n4は1~3である)
で示される単位を分子中に2個以上有する。
(B3)式(III):
Rcは、水素原子であり、
Rdは、独立して、C1-C6アルキル基(例えば、メチル、エチル、プロピル、ブチル、ペンチル、ヘキシル、好ましくはメチル)又はフェニル基であり、
m2は、(B3)の23℃における粘度を1~10,000cP(好ましくは1~5,000cP、より好ましくは1~1,000cP)とする数である)で示される、直鎖状ポリオルガノハイドロジェンシロキサン;及び
(B4)両末端がRcRd 2SiO1/2単位で閉塞され、中間単位がRcRdSiO2/2単位及びRd 2SiO2/2単位(式中、Rcは、水素原子であり、Rdは、独立して、C1-C6アルキル基(例えば、メチル、エチル、プロピル、ブチル、ペンチル、ヘキシル、好ましくはメチル)又はフェニル基である)からなり、23℃における粘度が1~10,000cP(好ましくは1~5,000cP、より好ましくは1~1,000cP)とする数である)である、直鎖状ポリオルガノハイドロジェンシロキサンが挙げられる。
A1:両末端がジメチルビニルシロキサン単位で閉塞され、中間単位がジメチルシロキサン単位からなるポリメチルビニルシロキサン(23℃での粘度82,000cP)
A2:両末端がジメチルビニルシロキサン単位で閉塞され、中間単位がジメチルシロキサン単位からなるポリメチルビニルシロキサン(23℃での粘度420cP)
A3:両末端がジメチルビニルシロキサン単位で閉塞され、中間単位がジメチルシロキサン単位からなるポリメチルビニルシロキサン(23℃での粘度110cP)
B1:平均単位式が[H(CH3)2SiO1/2]8[SiO4/2]4(水素量1.05重量%)
B2:両末端がトリメチルシロキサン単位で閉塞され、中間単位がジメチルシロキサン単位及びメチルハイドロジェンシロキサン単位からなるポリメチルハイドロジェンシロキサン(構造式:[(CH3)3SiO1/2][H(CH3)SiO2/2]55[(CH3)2SiO2/2]55[(CH3)3SiO1/2]、23℃での粘度100cP)
B3:両末端がジメチルハイドロジェンシロキサン単位で閉塞され、中間単位がジメチルシロキサン単位からなるポリメチルハイドロジェンシロキサン(23℃での粘度20cP)
B4:両末端がジメチルハイドロジェンシロキサン単位で閉塞され、中間単位がジメチルシロキサン単位及びメチルハイドロジェンシロキサン単位からなるポリメチルハイドロジェンシロキサン(構造式:[H(CH3)2SiO1/2][H(CH3)SiO2/2]9[(CH3)2SiO2/2]11[H(CH3)2SiO1/2]、23℃での粘度10cP)
C:塩化白金酸を1,3-ジビニル-1,1,3,3-テトラメチルジシロキサンとモル比1:4で加熱することによって得られ、白金含有量が4.91重量%である錯体。
D:N,N,N’,N’-テトラメチルエチレンジアミン
E:両末端がトリメチルシロキサン単位で閉塞され、中間単位がジメチルシロキサン単位からなるポリメチルシロキサン(23℃での粘度100cP)
(1)粘度
回転粘度計(ビスメトロン VDA-L)(芝浦システム株式会社製)を用いて、23℃における粘度を測定した。
組成物が、2枚のガラス板を貼り合わせたときに直径2cm、第1成分塗布厚および第2成分塗布厚の合計厚みとなるように、第1成分を第1ガラス板(5cm×5cm×5mm厚)の中央に直径2cm、第1成分塗布厚みになる量を塗布し、第2成分を第2ガラス板(7.6cm×7.6cm×1mm厚)の中央に直径2cm、第2成分塗布厚みになる量を塗布した。室温(25℃)において、第1ガラスの上に第2ガラスを貼り合わせ、15秒ごとに90度傾けて、垂直に立て、第1ガラスが重みでずれなくなるまでの時間の測定を仮固定時間とした。
実施例及び比較例の組成物が第1成分塗布厚および第2成分塗布厚の合計厚みとなるように、第1成分を第1ガラス板(5cm×5cm×5mm厚)の中央に直径2cm、第1成分塗布厚みになる量を塗布し、第2成分を第2ガラス板(7.6cm×7.6cm×1mm厚)の中央に直径2cm、第2成分塗布厚みになる量を塗布した。室温(25℃)において、第1ガラスの上に第2ガラスを貼り合わせ、室温において30分、70℃において30分硬化させた試料を23℃の状態に戻した後に、変色の度合いの指標であるイエローインデックスを分光測式計((株)ミノルタ製CM-3500d)によって評価を行なった。
実施例及び比較例の組成物が第1成分塗布厚および第2成分塗布厚の合計厚みとなるように、第1成分を第1ガラス板(5cm×5cm×5mm厚)の中央に直径2cm第1成分塗布厚みになる量を塗布し、第2成分を第2ガラス板(7.6cm×7.6cm×1mm厚)の中央に直径2cm第2成分塗布厚みになる量を塗布した。室温(25℃)において、第1ガラスの上に第2ガラスを貼り合わせ、室温において30分、70℃において30分硬化させた試料を後、23℃の状態に戻した後に、透明の度合いの指標である透過率を分光測式計((株)ミノルタ製CM-3500d)によって評価を行なった。

- (A)分子中に2個以上のアルケニル基を含有するアルケニル基含有ポリオルガノシロキサン;
(B)ケイ素原子に結合した水素原子を、分子中に2個以上有するポリオルガノハイドロジェンシロキサン;及び
(C)白金系触媒
を含み、
(A)のアルケニル基の個数ViAに対する、(B)のケイ素原子に結合した水素原子の個数HBの比が0.5~10.0であり、
(C)が、白金系金属原子として、0.5~2000ppmである、
第1成分及び第2成分からなる二剤型の硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物であって、
第1成分が、(A)及び(C)を含み、
第2成分が、(B)を含む、
二剤型の硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物。 - (B)が、
(B1)Re 2HSiO1/2単位(式中、Reは水素原子又はC1-C6アルキル基を表す)及びSiO4/2単位からなり、一分子中に、ケイ素原子に結合した水素原子を2個以上有する、環状ポリオルガノハイドロジェンシロキサン;
(B2)両末端がRd 3SiO1/2単位で閉塞され、中間単位がRcRdSiO2/2単位及びRd 2SiO2/2単位(式中、Rcは、水素原子であり、Rdは、独立して、C1-C6アルキル基又はフェニル基である)からなり、23℃における粘度が1~10,000cPである、直鎖状ポリオルガノハイドロジェンシロキサン;及び
(B3)式(III):

- 第1成分の粘度が、23℃で100~100,000cPであり、第2成分の粘度が、23℃で100~100,000cPである、請求項3記載の二剤型の硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物。
- 第1成分の粘度が、23℃で100~100,000cPであり、第2成分の粘度が、23℃で100~100,000cPである、請求項4記載の二剤型の硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物。
- 一方の基材の被接着面に第1成分を塗布する工程、第1成分を塗布していない基材の被接着面に第2成分を塗布する工程、及び塗布された基材を貼り合わせて硬化、接着させる工程を含む、二つの基材を貼り合せるための接着剤である、請求項1記載の二剤型の硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物。
- 画像表示装置の画像表示部を有する基部と透光性の保護部との接着剤である、請求項1記載の二剤型の硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物。
- 請求項1記載の二剤型の硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物を用いた、二つの基材を含む接着体の製造方法であって、一方の基材の被接着面に第1成分を塗布する工程、第1成分を塗布していない基材の被接着面に第2成分を塗布する工程、及び塗布された基材を貼り合わせて硬化、接着させる工程を含む、製造方法。
- 請求項1記載の二剤型の硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物を用いた、画像表示装置の画像表示部を有する基部と透光性の保護部とを接着した画像表示装置の製造方法であって、画像表示装置の画像表示部の基部の被接着面に第1成分又は第2成分を塗布する工程、透光性の保護部の被接着面に第2成分又は第1成分(但し、画像表示装置の画像表示部の基部の被接着面に塗布する成分とは異なる)を塗布する工程、及び塗布された画像表示装置の画像表示部の基部及び透光性の保護部を貼り合わせて硬化、接着させる工程を含む、画像表示装置の製造方法。
