Definitions
- the present invention is a lint-free, soil-absorbent textile for manual or mechanical cleaning purposes, wherein the textile is e.g. with the help of an adhesive tape can be kept length and / or width stable.
- Cleaning textiles predominantly in the form of wipes are needed in a variety of industrial and private applications of daily life.
- Such requirements are for example: Scratch-free cleaning, high absorbency, residue-free removal of impurities, optimum dry and / or moist cleaning without stripes and lint, resistance to cleaning agents or solvents, or even multiple use, i.
- the cleaning fabric should be washable and retain its cleaning properties even after repeated or even frequent washing.
- requirements for a cleaning textile can also be that a surface is not only freed of dirt, but at the same time for its further processing, e.g. undergoes some activation in an adhesive, welding or soldering process.
- high capillary yarns are suitable e.g. from microfibers or microfilaments or even micromatrix yarns from which e.g. Knitted fabrics, woven fabrics, knitted fabrics or nonwovens can be produced, very good for the absorption of lubricants and oils. They are therefore often used in the field of mechanical engineering and precision engineering for cleaning sensitive surfaces such as paint or other surfaces. Thanks to their fine structure, micro fiber cloths, for example, absorb both water-soluble and greasy dirt without the addition of chemical cleaning agents. They clean dry or only with water, but can also be used with cleaning agents, they are durable, washable and suitable for most surfaces.
- Microfibers are plastic fibers that are microscopically fine - much finer and more elastic than fibers of animal or vegetable origin. The finer these fibers are, the better they get into the pores of the surfaces to be cleaned and the higher the cleaning effect.
- a permeable as possible surface structure of such a knitted, knitted, woven or fabric produced in a nonwoven fabric process increases the receiving surface and at the same time that dirt is absorbed and transported quickly into deeper structures of the cloth, which scratches are avoided.
- wipes In industrial processes, such wipes are used in automatic or semi-automatic processes, the wipes are in such cases as a kind of "cleaning strip" in tape or roll form of different widths During cleaning, these cleaning strips are usually unwound from the supply roll, run under motor control then over the surface to be cleaned and finally rolled up again to ensure that at each point of the surface to be cleaned a continuous cleaning with a clean textile takes place.
- cleaning strip in tape or roll form of different widths
- the width flexibility causes hitherto known textiles under circumstances that such a stretched material can not absorb the completely existing amount of dirt of the defined width and therefore has only an insufficient cleaning effect.
- the amount of dirt receptivity depends on the following factors:
- the weight or the number of yarns per cm 2 plays a major role.
- JP 2010121249 A describes a cleaning rash with a layer of short fibers, which is laminated with a base layer of long fibers of hydrophobic and hydrophilic nature, used as cleaning rupture in welding operations.
- JP 9272185 claims a combination of a plastic and a nonwoven, in which the plastic is heated and melted and then bonded to the nonwoven, wherein the plastic material penetrates into the nonwoven fiber layer and adheres there to the fibers. This material is used, for example, as a container for stationery.
- DE 202005009171 Ul has a two-layer cleaning cloth made of a microfiber nonwoven with a polyester flocking especially for ceramic fields on the subject.
- EP 0415748 A2 describes a laminate for clean room applications or for protective clothing, consisting of a layer of elastic fabric and a substantially inelastic film which are joined together by a discontinuous adhesive pattern.
- EP 2245976 AI a two-ply cleaning article is claimed in particular for medical-cosmetic purposes, which has on one side a rough and on the other side a soft surface.
- a layer composite system comprising one or more layers of an open-cell foam and one or more fiber layers and its use as a cleaning sponge or protective pad is the subject of WO 2007101881 A2.
- a microfiber cleaning cloth with a partially applied on it metallized synthetic fiber fabric for combined cleaning and subsequent polishing or dissolving the dirt and in principle simultaneous recording of the dissolved dirt with a single cloth is claimed in DE 202008014721 Ul.
- JP 2005319572 A and JP 2004236732 A have four or five-layer cleaning materials on the subject, in which the respective specific structure of the layers is shown to be necessary for a more intensive and improved cleaning.
- EP 2444536 AI describes a needled nonwoven laminate in which a needled nonwoven on the top and bottom of a thin film of plastic and / or synthetic rubber applied and is connected flat with this film, which also quite more material layers can be introduced.
- the essential aim of such a laminate is the extension of its life in the washing process and an optimization of its cleaning effect, with even more applications outside the cleaning area are possible.
- the present product according to the invention is a basically transversely and / or longitudinally elastic cleaning fabric in which by means of an associated rigid, ie neither stretchable nor elastic film or a carrier material made of paper any material or a correspondingly rigid textile one tolerance-free width and / or length stability is achieved.
- the cleaning fabric itself can be directly treated or finished in the form that the desired length and / or width stability is achieved in this way.
- the textile in addition to the desired optimum cleaning properties and its perfect stability is that these cleaning properties not as a result of the compound of the textile with the film or the paper be adversely affected, for example by the penetration of an adhesive used for the compound in or even through the textile, which thereby could lose its scratch-free properties or even with a bonding of the pores and thus their at least partial closure, resulting in a resulting insufficient cleaning effect .
- the strip-shaped end product should be rollable in order to use it as a roll or spool goods, but here is also a paneling quite conceivable.
- the textile should be wet or dry usable and antistatic or moisturizing during the cleaning process.
- the textile surface can be, for example, a round or flat knitted fabric, a knitted fabric, a woven fabric or a nonwoven fabric, wherein a nonwoven fabric can absorb the least amount of dirt in comparison to the other types of textile mentioned.
- the design also helps, because loops take up more dirt than "open" surfaces, ie as individually juxtaposed yarns that are not connected to each other above, only endless yarns can be used here, the staple fiber yarns are spun from staple fibers with a defined staple length Yarns in which the uncoupled ends protrude from the yarn and also individual fibers can be released from the composite and remain as fluff.
- microfilament yarns which are texturized from 100% polyester or 100% polyamide, or yarn mixtures of the same, are preferably used.
- micromatrix yarns which are bicomponent yarns consisting of e.g. Polyester and polyamide, which are split by means of an alkalization process and thus obtain their very high filament count.
- the individual capillaries have a fineness of less than 1 dtex.
- Most microfilament yarns are today offered with a single capillary unit of dtex 0.7 to dtex 0.5, dtex 0.3 or even finer are referred to as supermicrofibres.
- Particularly preferred is a cut, made of 100% polyester circular knit with a weight of 240 g / m 2 and a yarn count on the bottom of dtex 167/32 and on the top of 50/192 x 2, with the yarn on top Loops shows.
- An antistatic or even moisturizing finish of the cleaning cloth may be obtained by treatment of the fabric with conductive liquids or appropriate impregnations, for example via a microencapsulation, equipment on the Tenter or other methods known to those skilled in the process, which here due to aging or as a result of evaporation or dehydration there is a risk that the antistatic or moisturizing effect is not always fully maintained.
- special conductive fibers are introduced, which permanently cause an efficient static dissipation and the formation of dust-attracting charges prevent the surfaces that are susceptible to this, such as paints, plastics or glass.
- the rigid film bonded to the cleaning fabric e.g. Wide and long-lasting films made of polyester or PVC can be used.
- the connection between the textile surface and the rigid film or a likewise suitable tear-resistant paper takes place, for example, by gluing, in the preferred case by a double-sided adhesive-coated adhesive tape, for example "DuploCOLL® 3720" from "Lohmann GmbH & Co. KG".
- the adhesive of this tape is a resin-modified acrylate
- the carrier is a special paper.
- To produce the broad-stable cleaning textiles one of the two adhesive layers was first glued with a broad-band and length-stable polyester film.
- the present exemplary case is a biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate film, which is characterized by high tensile strength and chemical, mechanical and thermal stability.
- the so one-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive-coated film was then laminated with the actual cleaning fabric.
- "DuploCOLL® 6504" was used for bonding, likewise a double-sided adhesive-coated acrylate adhesive tape from "Lohmann GmbH & Co. KG”.
- This adhesive tape has a polyester support material which has been bonded to a broad-band and length-stable polyester film and the texile surface in the same way as described above for "DuploCOLL® 3720." Not only acrylate-based adhesive tapes are suitable for the intended purpose, but also those Base silicone or rubber or other basic formulations.
- a one-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive coated tape with a film carrier is conceivable here.
- Other alternatives include the use of a liquid adhesive for bonding film or paper and textile or in the use of a one-sided pressure-sensitive, thermosetting film, in the latter case, the stability of the textile must be such that no melting of the textile or Part of it occurs as a result of the necessary heat for a heat-input, whereby the proper functioning of the textile would be significantly restricted.
- Common to all types of adhesive bonding is that no penetration of the adhesive into or through the textile may take place so as not to affect its cleaning effect.
- the width stability of the ussstextiis can be achieved except by using a rigid film or a rigid, tear-resistant paper and by the use of stretch and elasticity yarns. This can be achieved in conjunction with a special equipment and / or a corresponding surface construction and thus both directly on the cleaning fabric itself and by means of a separate component, which is then connected like a rigid film with the actual cleaning fabric.
- the cleaning fabric itself there is the possibility of incorporation of a melt fiber in the yarn of the underside of the ussstextiis opposite the cleaning surface. During the thermofixing process, the molten fiber melts and "glues" the underside at points, so that the textile surface stiffens and thus the flexibility approaches zero.

Description
Reinigungstextil cleaning cloth
The present invention is a lint-free, soil-absorbent textile for manual or mechanical cleaning purposes, wherein the textile is e.g. with the help of an adhesive tape can be kept length and / or width stable.
There are special requirements for such textiles, especially where it comes to the cleaning of sensitive surfaces. In special applications, requirements for a cleaning textile can also be that a surface is not only freed of dirt, but at the same time for its further processing, e.g. undergoes some activation in an adhesive, welding or soldering process. With regard to usable materials, high capillary yarns are suitable e.g. from microfibers or microfilaments or even micromatrix yarns from which e.g. Knitted fabrics, woven fabrics, knitted fabrics or nonwovens can be produced, very good for the absorption of lubricants and oils. They are therefore often used in the field of mechanical engineering and precision engineering for cleaning sensitive surfaces such as paint or other surfaces. In industrial processes, such wipes are used in automatic or semi-automatic processes, the wipes are in such cases as a kind of "cleaning strip" in tape or roll form of different widths During cleaning, these cleaning strips are usually unwound from the supply roll, run under motor control then over the surface to be cleaned and finally rolled up again to ensure that at each point of the surface to be cleaned a continuous cleaning with a clean textile takes place.
CONFIRMATION COPY E However, in this automatic or semi-automatic process, the fact that the cleaning strips, due to their construction and their structure, have a three-dimensional structure that is flexible in all directions and therefore are neither long nor stable in the case of tensile loading, has proven to be a problem. As a result, it always comes back to "rejuvenation", ie in particular width reductions of the cleaning strip when rolling and as a result to inaccuracies and thus also defects in the cleaning process itself.
In addition, the width flexibility causes hitherto known textiles under circumstances that such a stretched material can not absorb the completely existing amount of dirt of the defined width and therefore has only an insufficient cleaning effect.
Die Menge der Schmutz aufnahmefähigkeit hängt dabei von folgenden Faktoren ab: The amount of dirt receptivity depends on the following factors:
- Decisive is the fineness and the number of individual filaments / capillaries of the yarn, the finer and higher it is, the more dirt can be absorbed.
- The weight or the number of yarns per cm 2 plays a major role.
The described disadvantages of the previously commonly used cleaning strips are now eliminated with the system according to the invention described below, by the cleaning strips are connected to a length and in particular wide-stable material and thus also in their entire length and width also defined, exact, always the same dimensions with a Tolerance of +/- 0 have.
So beschreibt z.B. Such a system is neither known in the marketplace nor is it described in the literature. While wipes laminated from multiple layers have been described in the patent literature, these are other constructions as well as other uses. For example, JP 2010121249 A describes a cleaning rash with a layer of short fibers, which is laminated with a base layer of long fibers of hydrophobic and hydrophilic nature, used as cleaning rupture in welding operations. JP 9272185 claims a combination of a plastic and a nonwoven, in which the plastic is heated and melted and then bonded to the nonwoven, wherein the plastic material penetrates into the nonwoven fiber layer and adheres there to the fibers. This material is used, for example, as a container for stationery. DE 202005009171 Ul has a two-layer cleaning cloth made of a microfiber nonwoven with a polyester flocking especially for ceramic fields on the subject. EP 0415748 A2 describes a laminate for clean room applications or for protective clothing, consisting of a layer of elastic fabric and a substantially inelastic film which are joined together by a discontinuous adhesive pattern. In EP 2245976 AI a two-ply cleaning article is claimed in particular for medical-cosmetic purposes, which has on one side a rough and on the other side a soft surface. A layer composite system comprising one or more layers of an open-cell foam and one or more fiber layers and its use as a cleaning sponge or protective pad is the subject of WO 2007101881 A2. A microfiber cleaning cloth with a partially applied on it metallized synthetic fiber fabric for combined cleaning and subsequent polishing or dissolving the dirt and in principle simultaneous recording of the dissolved dirt with a single cloth is claimed in DE 202008014721 Ul. JP 2005319572 A and JP 2004236732 A have four or five-layer cleaning materials on the subject, in which the respective specific structure of the layers is shown to be necessary for a more intensive and improved cleaning. As the object closest to the object of the invention closest to the object, used inter alia as a movable textile strip for cleaning motor vehicles in car washes, EP 2444536 AI describes a needled nonwoven laminate in which a needled nonwoven on the top and bottom of a thin film of plastic and / or synthetic rubber applied and is connected flat with this film, which also quite more material layers can be introduced. The essential aim of such a laminate is the extension of its life in the washing process and an optimization of its cleaning effect, with even more applications outside the cleaning area are possible.
The present product according to the invention is a basically transversely and / or longitudinally elastic cleaning fabric in which by means of an associated rigid, ie neither stretchable nor elastic film or a carrier material made of paper any material or a correspondingly rigid textile one tolerance-free width and / or length stability is achieved. Alternatively, the cleaning fabric itself can be directly treated or finished in the form that the desired length and / or width stability is achieved in this way. Another essential requirement of the textile in addition to the desired optimum cleaning properties and its perfect stability is that these cleaning properties not as a result of the compound of the textile with the film or the paper be adversely affected, for example by the penetration of an adhesive used for the compound in or even through the textile, which thereby could lose its scratch-free properties or even with a bonding of the pores and thus their at least partial closure, resulting in a resulting insufficient cleaning effect , In addition, the strip-shaped end product should be rollable in order to use it as a roll or spool goods, but here is also a paneling quite conceivable. Optimally, the textile should be wet or dry usable and antistatic or moisturizing during the cleaning process. The textile surface can be, for example, a round or flat knitted fabric, a knitted fabric, a woven fabric or a nonwoven fabric, wherein a nonwoven fabric can absorb the least amount of dirt in comparison to the other types of textile mentioned. The design also helps, because loops take up more dirt than "open" surfaces, ie as individually juxtaposed yarns that are not connected to each other above, only endless yarns can be used here, the staple fiber yarns are spun from staple fibers with a defined staple length Yarns in which the uncoupled ends protrude from the yarn and also individual fibers can be released from the composite and remain as fluff.
With regard to their high dirt holding capacity, high-capillary, so-called microfilament yarns, which are texturized from 100% polyester or 100% polyamide, or yarn mixtures of the same, are preferably used. The same properties are exhibited by so-called micromatrix yarns, which are bicomponent yarns consisting of e.g. Polyester and polyamide, which are split by means of an alkalization process and thus obtain their very high filament count. In the case of microfilament yarns, the individual capillaries have a fineness of less than 1 dtex. Most microfilament yarns are today offered with a single capillary unit of dtex 0.7 to dtex 0.5, dtex 0.3 or even finer are referred to as supermicrofibres.
Particularly preferred is a cut, made of 100% polyester circular knit with a weight of 240 g / m 2 and a yarn count on the bottom of dtex 167/32 and on the top of 50/192 x 2, with the yarn on top Loops shows.
An antistatic or even moisturizing finish of the cleaning cloth may be obtained by treatment of the fabric with conductive liquids or appropriate impregnations, for example via a microencapsulation, equipment on the Tenter or other methods known to those skilled in the process, which here due to aging or as a result of evaporation or dehydration there is a risk that the antistatic or moisturizing effect is not always fully maintained. Preference is therefore given to the possible antistatic equipment, the use of highly conductive fibers, so that the cleaning fabric finally consists of a mixed fabric: In the actual microfiber cleaning textile special conductive fibers are introduced, which permanently cause an efficient static dissipation and the formation of dust-attracting charges prevent the surfaces that are susceptible to this, such as paints, plastics or glass.
In the rigid film bonded to the cleaning fabric, e.g. Wide and long-lasting films made of polyester or PVC can be used. The connection between the textile surface and the rigid film or a likewise suitable tear-resistant paper takes place, for example, by gluing, in the preferred case by a double-sided adhesive-coated adhesive tape, for example "DuploCOLL® 3720" from "Lohmann GmbH & Co. KG". The adhesive of this tape is a resin-modified acrylate, the carrier is a special paper. To produce the broad-stable cleaning textiles, one of the two adhesive layers was first glued with a broad-band and length-stable polyester film. In the present exemplary case, it is a biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate film, which is characterized by high tensile strength and chemical, mechanical and thermal stability. The so one-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive-coated film was then laminated with the actual cleaning fabric. Alternatively, "DuploCOLL® 6504" was used for bonding, likewise a double-sided adhesive-coated acrylate adhesive tape from "Lohmann GmbH & Co. KG". This adhesive tape has a polyester support material which has been bonded to a broad-band and length-stable polyester film and the texile surface in the same way as described above for "DuploCOLL® 3720." Not only acrylate-based adhesive tapes are suitable for the intended purpose, but also those Base silicone or rubber or other basic formulations.
Furthermore, of course, the use of a one-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive coated tape with a film carrier is conceivable here. Other alternatives include the use of a liquid adhesive for bonding film or paper and textile or in the use of a one-sided pressure-sensitive, thermosetting film, in the latter case, the stability of the textile must be such that no melting of the textile or Part of it occurs as a result of the necessary heat for a heat-input, whereby the proper functioning of the textile would be significantly restricted. Common to all types of adhesive bonding is that no penetration of the adhesive into or through the textile may take place so as not to affect its cleaning effect.
The width stability of the Reinigungsstextiis can be achieved except by using a rigid film or a rigid, tear-resistant paper and by the use of stretch and elasticity yarns. This can be achieved in conjunction with a special equipment and / or a corresponding surface construction and thus both directly on the cleaning fabric itself and by means of a separate component, which is then connected like a rigid film with the actual cleaning fabric. The cleaning fabric itself, there is the possibility of incorporation of a melt fiber in the yarn of the underside of the Reinigungsstextiis opposite the cleaning surface. During the thermofixing process, the molten fiber melts and "glues" the underside at points, so that the textile surface stiffens and thus the flexibility approaches zero.
For special applications in which both sides of the cleaning text are to be used at the same time for cleaning two soiled surfaces, a construction is also possible in which two cleaning textiles are laminated together or laminated with the aid of the described bonding methods or with combinations thereof.
