Abstract

The invention relates to a toilet seat (1), which comprises an extension part (8), which is to be situated outside the upper rim (25) of a toilet bowl (2). The invention relates also to a method for collecting washing liquid, where washing liquid is lead from the outside of an upper rim (25) of a toilet bowl (2) into the toilet bowl along a downward tapering inner surface (9) of the extension part.
