Abstract
L'invention concerne un écarteur chirurgical positionnable, qui comprend une lame d'écarteur et un élément d'accouplement. L'écarteur a une première surface conçue pour s'accoupler à un tissu et rétracter celui-ci d'un champ chirurgical. L'élément d'accouplement est couplé à la lame d'écarteur ou est disposé dans une paroi de l'écarteur, et peut être couplé à un élément d'ancrage.
