Abstract

Protectors (77) of the hull (8) for protecting the ship from underwater obstacles, wherein the underwater parts are provided with shells built-in at a certain distance, the shells contain balls (7) which stick out from the planking of the hull and the shells are provided with protecting insulation (15). The main role of the balls is to decrease or eliminate the striking force on the hull of the ship in case of crashing into an underwater obstacle.
