Abstract

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist Verfahren zur Herstellung von mit mindestens einer, mindestens ein Sauerstoffatom enthaltenden Gruppe substituierten Kohlenwasserstoffen umfassend die Verfahrensschritte A) Umsetzen einer Kohlenstoffquelle umfassend mindestens eine ausgewählt aus CO2 und CO zu Acetat und/oder Ethanol mit einem ersten Mikroorganismus, B) Abtrennen des Acetats von dem ersten Mikroorganismus, C) Umsetzen des Acetats zu einem mit mindestens einer, mindestens ein Sauerstoffatom enthaltenden Gruppe substituierten Kohlenwasserstoff mit einem zweiten Mikroorganismus und gegebenenfalls D) Aufreinigung des mit mindestens einer, mindestens ein Sauerstoffatom enthaltenden Gruppe substituierten Kohlenwasserstoffs.
