Abstract

The present invention is directed to compositions and methods for the independent and unconstrained identification of attractor metagenes as surrogates of pure biomolecular events as well as the use of such attractor metagenes in performing medical diagnosis, prognosis, and developing appropriate therapeutic regimes. The present invention is directed to compositions and methods for identifying an attractor from a data set.
