Abstract

Die Erfindung weist einen Schüttkopf (2) mit oberer Öffnung (201) zur Aufnahme von Tabletten (T1-T4) auf, der durch einen Fallschlitz (21a) begrenzt ist. Weiterhin ist eine Vereinzelungseinheit (3) unter dem Schüttkopf (2) vorhanden. Diese weist eine obere Platte (33) mit vertikal durchgehenden Formöffnungen (333a-333e; 333f-333i) mit an Tablettenformen angepassten Querschnitten auf, und eine untere Platte (31) mit zu einer Ober- und Mantelfläche seitlich offenen Fallmulden (314a-314h; 314k-314n) mit an Tablettenformen angepassten Tiefen auf. Die Platten sind so einstellbar, dass die zu den Abmessungen der Tabletten passende Kombination aus Formöffnung (333a) und Fallmulde (314d) in der Ruhestellung (Fig. 5a) übereinander liegen und einen gemeinsamen Hohlraum bilden, in den eine einzelne Tablette (T3) über den Fallschlitz (21a) rutschen kann. Weiterhin ist ein bedienbarer Schieber (32) vorhanden, womit zum Übergang von der Ruhestellung (Fig. 5a) in die Aktivstellung (Fig. 5b) der Fallschlitz (21a) zum Schüttkopf (2) verschlossen und die einzelne Tablette (T3) seitlich aus dem Hohlraum herausgeschoben wird, und dann nach unten herausfällt. Die Erfindung bietet den Vorteil, dass durch Auswahl und Einstellung eines entsprechenden Paares aus Formöffnung und Fallmulde Tabletten unterschiedlicher Abmessungen vereinzelt werden können. Die Tablettenvereinzelungsvorrichtung ist somit universell verwendbar und leicht auf andere Tablettenformen umstellbar.
