  • the invention relates to a method for storing and picking articles, in particular pharmacy articles, as well as a system for carrying out the method.
  • DE 43 18 341 B4 discloses a method and a device for storing pharmacy articles. By means of the method, it should be possible to optimally store pharmacy items in a warehouse. The arriving in boxes in the warehouse articles are removed there, poured onto a conveyor belt and fed to a separating unit. Subsequently, the barcode of the article is identified with a scanner, which is usually located on the narrow sides of the article. The identified articles are then measured by means of optical measuring devices, for example using three CCD line scan cameras, which capture the spatial coordinates of the article.
