  • a mask sheet which had been rolled and could be unrolled as shown in Fig. 12 was used.
  • the size and the material of the mask sheet were the same as those of Example 1.
  • Each of the folded mask sheets of Example 1 as well as the folded or rolled mask sheets of Comparative Examples 1 to 6 were put into a small bag made of laminated aluminum foil with a cosmetic lotion .
  • the material of the bag used and the composition of the cosmetic lotion used were the same as Example 1 and Comparative Examples 1 to 6.
  • the mask sheet was removed from the bag, and unfolded by the fingers to evaluate by two professional panelists "ease of finding edge(s)", “easiness of unfolding”, and “penetration of lotion” using a score system shown below as well as “presence of waste” wherein “Yes” means any waste of matter was produced during the unfolding operations, whereas “No” means no waste of matter was produced during the unfolding operations.

  • the folded mask sheet according to Example 1 could be handled very easily, as it was easy to find edges and to unfold the mask sheet.
  • the mask sheet according to Comparative Example 3 may have better handling as compared to Comparative Examples 1, 2, 5 and 6, because it has one open edge. However, the handling of the mask sheet according to Comparative Example 3 is still inferior to that of the mask sheet according to Example 1. In addition, the mask sheet according to Comparative Example 3 cannot be further folded, because the open edge cannot be found any more if folded.
  • the mask sheet according to Comparative Example 4 may have better handling as compared to Comparative Examples 1, 2, 5 and 6, because it has two tabs. However, the handling of the mask sheet according to Comparative Example 4 is also still inferior to that of the mask sheet according to Example 1. In addition, the mask sheet according to Comparative Example 4 had a risk of being torn relatively easily, because the gripping force provided by the fingers was focused on a relatively small area of the tab.
  • the mask sheet according to Comparative Example 5 produced waste matter, i.e., a plastic film, to be disposed, whereas the mask sheet according to Example 1 did not produce such waste matter when using the mask sheet.

Abstract

La présente invention porte sur une feuille pliée pour traitements cosmétiques, ladite feuille comportant un corps principal et au moins trois bords ouverts, les bords ouverts étant formés par pliage de la feuille au moins trois fois, au moins l'un des bords ouverts faisant saillie à partir du corps principal, et deux des bords ouverts ayant une largeur maximale dans une direction perpendiculaire à une ligne centrale longitudinale ou horizontale de la feuille. La présente invention est utile, parce que ladite feuille est facile à déplier et peut être appliquée sur la peau, en particulier sur le visage, même si la feuille est humide et n'a pas de pattes.
