Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé pour empêcher les appels frauduleux suite à une publicité à l'aide d'un moyen de communication électronique, qui empêchent les appels frauduleux visant à obtenir un billet de loterie ou un bon grâce à un appel à une société faisant de la publicité par le biais de la publicité mais sans intention de passer commande, ce système et ce procédé impliquant : un serveur d'agence de publicité qui comporte une unité de gestion d'informations publicitaires, une unité de gestion de billets de loterie émis, et une unité de calcul du coût de la publicité; un terminal portatif; et un serveur de client faisant de la publicité doté d'une unité d'authentification de billets de loterie et d'une unité de stockage de données. Ledit serveur d'agence de publicité transfère au serveur de client faisant de la publicité un avertissement concernant le terminal portatif si ce terminal comprend une pluralité d'informations de communication sur ledit serveur de client faisant de la publicité, et il arrête la génération de la compensation d'un appel frauduleux grâce à l'émission séquentielle de messages d'avertissement en fonction du nombre d'appels frauduleux du terminal portatif, accompagnés de l'avertissement et d'une inscription sur une liste noire.
