Abstract

본 발명은 L-아스파라기나아제를 포함하는 L-아스파라긴 분해용 조성물 및 L-아스파라기나아제의 생산 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 L-아스파라기나아제는 기존의 L-아스파라기나아제와 달리 열안정성이 향상되고 고온에서도 높은 활성을 나타내므로 기존의 L-아스파라기나아제의 단점을 개선하여 산업적으로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
