Abstract

A closing device (10) for a container which comprises a base element (100) attachable on an opening of the container; and a hinged lid (200) mounted to the base element, the base element (100) including a recess in which an insert element (140) including a substantially domed discharge element (150) is inserted, wherein the insert element (140) includes a covering portion (160) connected to the discharge element (150), for at least partially covering the opening of the container, a full perimeter sealing element (180) being arranged on a bottom side of the covering portion (160) which faces the container and being firmly connected to the covering portion (160) or being formed therewith in one piece or integrally. In addition, the invention relates to a method for manufacturing such a closing device (10) and a method for filling and closing a container including such a closing device (10).
