Abstract

Vorgeschlagen wird ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Kunststoff-Bauteils, vorzugsweise eines faserverstärkten Bauteils, eine Injektions-vorrichtung (1) zur Durchführung des Verfahrens sowie ein Fertigungssystem, welches die Injektionsvorrichtung (1) und ein Werkzeug (5) umfasst, wobei das Verfahren folgende Verfahrensschritte umfasst: A) Injizieren mindestens eines flüssigen Werkstoffes mittels mindestens der Injektionsvorrichtung (1) in eine Kavität (5a), welche Kavität durch das Werkzeug (5) gebildet wird; B) Auswerfen des hergestellten Bauteils aus dem Werkzeug (5) mittels mindestens eines Auswurfelementes (2, 9, 11); wobei das Verfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass in Verfahrensschritt B wenigstens ein Teilelement der Injektionsvorrichtung (1) als Auswurfelement (2, 9, 11) verwendet und relativ zu dem Werkzeug (5) bewegt wird.
