Description
本发明涉及用于接受打印机旋转驱动部件驱动的碳粉盒,更具体地说,涉及一种改进了驱动接受结构的碳粉盒。本发明基于申请日为2011年07月22日、申请号为201110206041.2的中国发明专利申请,该申请的内容作为与本发明密切相关的参考文献引入本文。
图1为一种现有碳粉盒,碳粉盒主体100具有圆筒形的出粉口101,该出粉口101上设置有联结器110,该联结器110的一端具有用于密封出粉口101的密封部111,以及由密封111延伸出来的两个钩爪112,联结器110的另一端具有多条弹性壁113,弹性壁113上设有勾状凸起114。处于初始状态时,密封部111封堵于碳粉盒的出粉口101处,使用时动作如下:将碳粉盒装入到机器内,联结器110的勾状凸起114跟随弹性壁113向内变形而与设置在图像形成装置内的旋转驱动部件120耦合,联结器110固定在旋转驱动部件120内,通过操作手柄,将碳粉盒主体100向后拉动,从而拉开联结器110的密封部111,打开出粉口101;当设置在图像形成装置内的旋转驱动部件120旋转时,联结器110的勾状凸起114的侧壁接收驱动力而驱动碳粉盒旋转。
上述碳粉盒虽然简化了驱动结构,但使碳粉盒产生了如下问题。
1、因为驱动与联结都依靠勾状凸起114来实现,此勾状凸起114的底面以及侧面都需要承力,容易产生变形及损坏,使用不稳定,对零件的材料要求也加大,增加了材料成本;
2、出粉口101需要使用操作手柄进行拉开,加大了使用者的操作难度,容易造成安装不到位而使出粉口101无法打开;
3、出粉口101打开后,联结器110与碳粉盒主体100之间的联接仅依靠两个勾爪112来实现,而且轴向不固定,使碳粉盒主体100旋转时运行不平稳,造成出粉的不均匀及可能引起噪音。
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有碳粉盒的上述缺陷,提供一种改进了驱动接受结构的碳粉盒,使碳粉盒的结构更为合理,驱动更为平稳。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种用在图像形成装置中的碳粉盒,所述碳粉盒包括:
一旋转容器主体,用以容纳碳粉;
碳粉排放口,所述碳粉排放口包括一圆筒段,所述圆筒段一端与所述旋转容器主体连接,另一端设有端盖,所述圆筒段上开有碳粉排放孔,所述端盖上具有由端盖向外延伸形成的联结部件收容部;
密封部件,设置在所述圆筒段内,通过轴向移动打开或关闭所述碳粉排放孔;
密封部件驱动杆,用于驱动所述密封部件轴向移动,所述密封部件驱动杆一端由所述端盖穿入到圆筒段内并和密封部件连接,所述端盖上具有供所述密封部件驱动杆穿过的通孔;
联结部件,滑动连接在所述联结部件收容部内,所述联结部件收容部跟随所述联结部件旋转,所述联结部件具有数个勾状凸起,所述勾状凸起的侧面为斜面或圆弧面;
传动部件,与所述联结部件滑动连接,所述联结部件跟随所述传动部件旋转,所述传动部件具有至少一个传动凸起;
所述驱动结构还包括一旋转驱动部件,设置在所述图像形成装置内,所述旋转驱动部件包括一环壁、以及与环壁同轴的驱动轴,所述环壁上开有沿环壁的周向延伸的耦合孔;

为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图2、图3、以及图6和图7所示,本发明碳粉盒的一个优选实施例,该碳粉盒用在图像形成装置中,例如打印机或复印机等的显影器中。在该实施例中,碳粉盒包括一旋转容器主体1,该旋转容器主体1用以容纳碳粉,其在显影器的旋转驱动部件的驱动下可以绕其轴线旋转。
该旋转容器主体1的端部设置有一碳粉排放口2,该碳粉排放口2包括一圆筒段20,该圆筒段20一端与旋转容器主体1相连接,另一端设有端盖。圆筒段20上开有碳粉排放孔201,碳粉可以由旋转容器主体1流到圆筒段20并由该碳粉排放孔201排放到图像形成装置的碳粉接收部分,碳粉排放孔201可以设置多个,该碳粉排放孔201可以设计成沿圆筒段20的周向延伸的长条孔。端盖上具有由端盖向外延伸形成的联结部件收容部22,用于和联结部件5配合。
碳粉排放口2的碳粉孔201在碳粉盒装入显影器中时才会被打开,未使用时是密封的。因此,在碳粉排放口2内设有密封部件3,该密封部件3设置在圆筒段20内,通过轴向移动打开或关闭圆筒段20上的碳粉排放孔201。密封部件3包括一环形部30以及与环形部30同轴的套管31,套管31和环形部30之间通过肋板状的结构连接,环形部30在密封部件3做轴向移动时可以封住或打开碳粉排放孔201。密封部件3是依靠密封部件驱动杆4的驱动而移动的,该密封部件驱动杆4可以是杆状物,例如在本实施例中,其为一根圆杆,该密封部件驱动杆4的一端由端盖穿入到圆筒段20内并和密封部件3连接,端盖上具有供该密封部件驱动杆4穿过的通孔,在本实施例中,密封部件驱动杆4插入到套管31内与密封部件3连接,套管31的上设有两个相对的孔311,密封部件驱动杆4的端部设有两个弹性扣部41,弹性扣部41卡扣在孔311中,这样可以方便组装。
在本实施例中,该碳粉盒还包括一联结部件5,该联结部件滑动连接在碳粉排放口2的联结部件收容部22内,联结部件收容部22可以跟随该联结部件5旋转,从而带动旋转容器主体1一起旋转。该联结部件5包括一圆盘形的基部50,以及由基部50的边缘沿圆盘50的轴向延伸形成的数个联结弹臂52,每个联结弹臂52的末端形成有勾状凸起51,基部50上设有供密封部件驱动杆4穿过的通孔,联结部件5的数个勾状凸起51的侧面511为斜面或圆弧面,这样在与旋转驱动部件7耦合时,联结部件5仅起到联结的作用,而不直接承受旋转驱动部件7的驱动力。在碳粉排放口2的联结部件收容部22的内壁上设有沿轴向延伸的凸棱221,基部50的外周设有与所述凸棱221配合的滑槽501,凸棱221可以有数个,滑槽501也对应地为数个,配合时,凸棱211插入滑槽501中,这样联结部件5与联结部件收容部22在周向互相限位,联结部件收容部22跟随联结部件5一起旋转。
在本实施例中,碳粉盒还有一传动部件6,用于传递来自旋转驱动部件7的驱动力,该传动部件6与联结部件5滑动连接,联结部件5跟随传动部件6旋转。联结部件5的基部50具有由基部50沿轴向方向延伸形成的定位柱53,参见图4,传动部件6具有底部60,底部60具有与定位柱53配合的定位孔,定位柱53可以设置多个,沿基部50周向方向均布,定位孔也对应的为多个,传动部件6套在联结部件5内时,定位柱53插入到定位孔中,定位柱53可以是多棱柱或圆柱,这样传动部件6与联结部件5在周向互相限位,联结部件5可以跟随传动部件6一起旋转。该传动部件6具有由其底部60延伸形成的传动弹臂62,传动凸起61形成于传动弹臂62的末端,传动弹臂62可以有数个或一个,传动凸起61也对应的为数个或一个,传动部件6的底部60也有供密封部件驱动杆4穿过的通孔,为了方便传动部件6与旋转驱动部件7的离合,优选地将传动凸起61的侧面611的轮廓设计为三角形或圆弧形,在本实施例中为三角形。
碳粉盒的初始状态,即未装入到显影器中时,密封部件3的环形部30将碳粉排放口2上的碳粉排放孔201密封,联结部件5、以及传动部件6套在密封部件驱动杆4上,由密封部件驱动杆4端部限位台的限制,使联结部件5、以及传动部件6限制在碳粉排放口2的端部。
碳粉盒的驱动结构为一旋转驱动部件7,旋转驱动部件7设置在图像形成装置内,旋转驱动部件7包括一环壁70、以及与环壁70同轴的驱动轴71,环壁70和驱动轴可以通过肋板或端部圆盘结构连接在一起,环壁70上开有沿环壁70的周向延伸的耦合孔701,耦合孔701可以为一个,也可以为多个,优选两个,使驱动结构受力更为均匀。
当旋转驱动部件7与碳粉盒联结时,也即碳粉盒装入到显影器中时,驱动部件的驱动轴71推动密封部件驱动杆4,使密封部件3相对碳粉排放口2轴向移动打开碳粉排放孔201,联结部件5的勾状凸起51以及传动部件6的传动凸起61与耦合孔701相耦合,即勾状凸起51和传动凸起61都位于耦合孔701内,旋转驱动部件7转动时,耦合孔701的末端推动传动凸起61,使传动部件6接受来自旋转驱动部件7的驱动力,使传动部件6跟随旋转驱动部件7旋转,由于联结部件5的联结凸起51的侧面511为斜面或圆弧面,依靠该侧面的导向作用,使的联结弹臂52变形沿径向收缩,从而联结部件5不直接承受来旋转驱动部件7传来的驱动力。为方便驱动轴71与密封部件驱动杆4的配合,密封部件驱动杆4与驱动轴71配合的端部设有凹坑,驱动轴71的端部则设为圆锥形。
如图6和图7所示,碳粉盒装入显影器内时,显影器的旋转驱动部件7的驱动轴71先顶推密封部件驱动杆4,使密封部件3后退,这样碳粉排放口2的碳粉排放孔201被打开,并且联结部件5和传动部件6与显影器的旋转驱动部件7耦合,使碳粉盒无法自行向后脱开。碳粉盒装入到位后,碳粉盒的旋转容器主体1与显影器移动部件相对固定,此时旋转操作手柄,显影器移动部件向后运动,从而带动碳粉盒的旋转容器主体1向后运动;碳粉盒的联结部件5和传动部件6是可以相对碳粉盒的旋转容器主体1的轴向移动的,因此,当碳粉盒向后移动时,联结部件5和传动部件6可以相对固定在显影器的旋转驱动部7件内;当显影器旋转驱动部件7旋转时,因为粉盒的联结部件5的勾状凸起51在旋转驱动部件7的旋转方向上有一斜面或圆弧面,因此无法使驱动力作用在联结部件5上,而直接作用在碳粉盒的传动部件6上,带动碳粉盒的旋转,使碳粉能够从出粉口中排到显影器内。
在本发明的碳粉盒驱动结构中,由于联结部件、传动部件、密封部件是分开的单独部件,使其各司其职,保证了使用的稳定性,并且可以降低对材质的要求,使其可以使用更环保的材料进行制作;由于传动部件和联结部件可相对碳粉排放口2作轴向移动,使在旋转操作手柄时更容易,使用更方便。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。
在本发明的碳粉盒中,由于联结部件、传动部件、密封部件是分开的单独部件,使其各司其职,保证了使用的稳定性,并且可以降低对材质的要求,使其可以使用更环保的材料进行制作;由于传动部件和联结部件可相对碳粉排放口2作轴向移动,使在旋转图像形成装置的操作手柄时更容易,使用更方便。
Claims (9)
- 碳粉盒,用在图像形成装置中,其特征在于,包括:一旋转容器主体(1),用以容纳碳粉;碳粉排放口(2),所述碳粉排放口(2)包括一圆筒段(20),所述圆筒段(20)一端与所述旋转容器主体(1)连接,另一端设有端盖,所述圆筒段(20)上开有碳粉排放孔(201),所述端盖上具有由端盖向外延伸形成的联结部件收容部(22);密封部件(3),设置在所述圆筒段(20)内,通过轴向移动打开或关闭所述碳粉排放孔(201);密封部件驱动杆(4),用于驱动所述密封部件(3)轴向移动,所述密封部件驱动杆(4)一端由所述端盖穿入到圆筒段(20)内并和密封部件(3)连接,所述端盖上具有供所述密封部件驱动杆(4)穿过的通孔;联结部件(5),滑动连接在所述联结部件收容部(22)内,所述联结部件收容部(22)跟随所述联结部件(5)旋转,所述联结部件(5)具有数个勾状凸起(51),所述勾状凸起(51)的侧面(511)为斜面或圆弧面;传动部件(6),与所述联结部件(5)滑动连接,所述联结部件(5)跟随所述传动部件(6)旋转,所述传动部件(6)具有至少一个传动凸起(61);所述密封部件驱动杆(4)使所述密封部件(3)轴向移动打开所述碳粉排放孔(201)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的碳粉盒,其特征在于,所述传动凸起(61)的侧面(611)的轮廓为三角形或圆弧形。
- 根据权利要求1所述的碳粉盒,其特征在于,所述联结部件(5)包括一圆盘形的基部(50),以及由基部(50)的边缘沿圆盘(50)的轴向延伸形成的数个联结弹臂(52),所述勾状凸起(51)形成于所述联结弹臂(52)的末端,所述基部(50)上设有供所述密封部件驱动杆(4)穿过的通孔。
- 根据权利要求3所述的碳粉盒,其特征在于,所述联结部件收容部(22)的内壁上设有沿轴向延伸的凸棱(221),所述基部(50)的外周设有与所述凸棱(221)配合的滑槽(501)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的碳粉盒,其特征在于,所述基部(50)具有由基部(50)沿轴向方向延伸形成的定位柱(53),所述传动部件(6)具有底部(60),所述底部(60)具有与所述定位柱(53)配合的定位孔。
- 根据权利要求5所述的碳粉盒,其特征在于,所述底部(60)具有由所述底部(60)延伸形成的传动弹臂(62),所述传动凸起(61)形成于所述传动弹臂(62)的末端,所述底部(60)也具有供所述密封部件驱动杆(4)穿过的通孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的碳粉盒,其特征在于,所述密封部件(3)包括一环形部(30)以及与所述环形部(30)同轴的套管(31),所述密封部件驱动杆(4)固定在所述套管(31)内。
- 根据权利要求7所述的碳粉盒,其特征在于,所述套管(31)上设有两个相对的孔(311),所述密封部件驱动杆(4)的端部设有两个弹性扣部(41),所述弹性扣部(41)卡扣在所述孔(311)中。
- 根据权利要求1所述的碳粉盒,其特征在于,所述密封部件驱动杆(4)与所述驱动轴(71)配合的端部设有凹坑,所述驱动轴(71)的端部为圆锥形。
