Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de rupture par abrasion de fibres de cellulose provenant de déchets de papier, avec extraction de contaminants solubles pendant le processus, qui constitue un équipement pratique et innovant s'utilisant dans les industries chimiques de récupération de fibres de cellulose, et confère des avantages tels que la suppression de l'utilisation de produits chimiques lourds pour le blanchiment de la masse cellulosique, une faible consommation d'énergie et l'apport de fibres de cellulose intactes, ainsi que des caractéristiques de norme écologique supérieure. Pour ce faire, l'invention utilise un ensemble de lames de raclage ajoutées à un arbre de rotor, la mise en oeuvre de mouvements fins dans la masse de déchets cellulosiques et une réduction progressive des composants de celle-ci à l'aide d'une plaque perforée abrasive, appropriée dans le dispositif de rupture de fibres. Ce procédé peut aussi être appliqué à différents volumes de masse de déchets cellulosiques à récupérer.
