Abstract
L'invention concerne un matériau constitué d'un support poreux sur lequel des nanoparticules fonctionnalisées sont greffées par liaison covalente caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie des nanoparticules greffées par liaison covalente sont logées à l'intérieur des pores de surface du support et en ce que le support est à base de silice et se présente sous la forme de particules poreuses de forme et de taille hétérogènes, la taille des particules étant supérieure à 1 μm, et étant de préférence située dans la gamme allant de 5 à 200 μm. L'invention a également pour objet un procédé de croissance d'oligonucléotides ou de peptides caractérisé en ce que la croissance est réalisée sur un matériau constitué d'un support poreux sur lequel des nanoparticules fonctionnalisées sont greffées par liaison covalente caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie des nanoparticules greffées par liaison covalente sont logées à l'intérieur des pores de surface du support.
