Abstract
一种具有工作状态指示的加热感温器,包括用于指示加热感温器工作状态的指示装置。所述工作状态包括以下三种:当水温未达到设定点时,加热感温器的发热元件正常发热;当水温达到设定点时,所述发热元件不发热;当发热元件异常时,加热感温器切断发热元件的电源。指示装置的LED灯在上述三种不同工作状态时分别发出不同颜色的光。使用者能清楚地知道加热感温器工作是否正常。
Description
一种具有工作状态指示的加热感温器
技术领域
本发明属于水族、水产养殖设备和其他调温系统的技术领域, 具体涉及一种具有直接指 示加热感温器工作状态的指示装置
背景技术
在水族或水产养殖领域, 经常使用加热棒, 以保持水温, 让养殖鱼类等生物在寒冷的冬 季有一个舒适的生存环境。加热棒主要由加热系统和控温系统组成(如图 1 ), 加热系统的作 用就是提高水的温度, 控温系统的作用就是感应周围的水温, 当水温超过设定的温度时, 控 温系统将断开电路使加热系统停止加热, 当水温低下时, 控温系统将重新闭合电路使加热系 统再加热, 从而达到控制水温的作用。 传统加热棒指示由一个氖灯或 LED灯明灭来做指示通 电或断电状态, 此加热棒存在一个缺陷就是无法从指示上明确了解加热棒的工作状态, 如氖 灯或 LED灯灭掉则无法了解是电源没插好还是温度达到设定点, 当发热体异常时温控保护开 关切断也无法指示出来。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述不足而设计的一种具有直接指示加热棒工作状态的指示装置。 为实现上述目的,本发明的指示装置由一个三色的 LED灯及两个二极管,两个电阻组成, 如附图:
A: 当双合金属片闭合时,发热体接通电源发热, 同时电流经过二极管(D1 )及电阻(R1 ) 给一 LED灯 (如红色) 供电, 使 LED灯发亮, 表产品正在加热。
B: 当双合金属片弹开时, 电流经发热体 (Heater), 温控开关 (SW), 电阻 (R2 ) 及二 极管 (D2 ) 给第二个 LED灯 (如绿色) 供电, 使 LED灯发亮, 由于电流太小, 所以发 热体不会发热。 表示产品温度达到设定点。
C: 当发热体异常时, 温度开关 (SW) 会弹开, 此时电流会如 A模式状态亮第一个灯, 同时电流会经发热体(Heater), 电阻(R2 )及二极管(D2 )给第三个 LED灯(如蓝色) 供电, 使 LED灯发亮, 由于电流太小, 所以发热体不会发热。 表示产品发热体部分有 异常。

Claims
1、一种具有工作状态指示的加热感温器, 可以直接指示加热棒工作状 态。 (如图 2 )
2、根据权利要求 1所述的工作状态指示装置由一个三色的 LED灯及两 个二极管, 两个电阻组成, 如附图:
A: 当双合金属片闭合时, 发热体接通电源发热, 同时电流经过二极管 (D1 ) 及电阻 (R1 ) 给一 LED灯 (如红色) 供电, 使 LED灯发亮, 表 产品正在加热。
B: 当双合金属片弹开时, 电流经发热体(Heater) , 温控开关(SW) , 电阻 (R2 ) 及二极管 (D2 ) 给第二个 LED灯 (如绿色) 供电, 使 LED 灯发亮, 由于电流太小, 所以发热体不会发热。 表示产品温度达到设 定点。
