Abstract

무선 통신 시스템에서 상향링크 제어정보 전송방법 및 장치가 제공된다. 본 발명은 상향링크 그랜트가 맵핑된 물리 하향링크 제어 채널을 제1 서빙셀을 통해 기지국으로부터 수신하고, 물리 혼합자동반복요청지시 채널(PHICH)을 제2 서빙셀을 통해 상기 기지국으로부터 수신하고, 상기 상향링크 그랜트를 기초로 상향링크 HARQ를 물리 상향링크 공용 채널(PUSCH)를 통해 상기 기지국으로 전송하되, 상기 제1 서빙셀의 TDD 상향링크/하향링크 설정과 상기 제2 서빙셀의 TDD 상향링크/하향링크 설정이 동일하지 않은 경우, 상기 PHICH 수신 타이밍은 상기 제1 서빙셀의 하향링크 서브프레임에 해당하는 위치로 정의되고, 상기 PHICH 수신 타이밍 및 상기 PUSCH 전송 타이밍의 합은 최소값이 되도록 결정된다.
