Abstract

L'invention concerne, dans des modes de réalisation décrits à titre d'exemple, des forceps de pincement et des procédés associés, le forceps comprenant généralement : une section de tête comprenant des premier et deuxième éléments de pince configurés et dimensionnés pour pincer de façon coopérative de façon à encercler au moins partiellement une tumeur ou autre structure ; une section de corps allongé en coopération avec la section de tête ; et un mécanisme de pincement monté de façon au moins partiellement mobile par rapport à la section de corps allongé. Des modes de réalisation décrits à titre d'exemple peuvent comprendre au moins un composant parmi un mécanisme de commande servant à réguler de façon variable une force de pincement, au moins un capteur monté par rapport à au moins un des premier et deuxième éléments de pince, un moyen de fixation d'au moins un des premier et deuxième éléments de pince par rapport à un tissu, les premier et deuxième éléments de pince étant structurés de façon à définir une étendue de périmètre variable, et un mécanisme de pincement qui s'adapte à des vitesses variables d'action de pincement.
