Abstract

본 발명은 부호화된 샘플들을 복원하는 과정에서의 비트뎁스를 조절하기 위해 부호화된 출력데이터의 범위를 조정하는 비디오 부호화 방법과 복호화의 각 세부단계마다 출력데이터의 오버플로우를 방지하는 비디오 복호화 방법을 제안한다. 수신된 비트스트림으로부터 영상의 블록별로 양자화된 변환계수들을 파싱하여 복원하고, 양자화된 변환계수들에 대해 역양자화를 수행하여 제1 비트뎁스 이하의 변환계수들을 복원하고, 변환계수들에 대해 1차원 역변환 및 역스케일링을 수행하여 제2 비트뎁스 이하의 샘플들을 복원하는 비디오 복호화 방법이 개시된다.
