Abstract

L'invention concerne le domaine de la production de gaz de synthèse à partir de matières premières carbonées telles que le charbon, la tourbe, les déchets de production agricole et peut s'utiliser en génie énergétique et en industrie chimique. Elle porte sur un procédé de production de gaz de synthèse par la mise en œuvre d'un processus dans une unité constitué de deux gazéificateurs qui est constituée d'appareils cylindriques de type à puits, qui comprend le chargement d'une matière première solide carbonée dans les gazéificateurs, l'alimentation en séquence de chacun d'eux d'un agent gazéifiant et l'allumage de la matière première du côté opposé à l'alimentation de l'agent gazéifiant tout en suivant simultanément le mouvement du front de combustion. Dans un premier stade le processus est effectué dans l'un des appareils que l'on aliment pendant l'allumage avec un agent gazéifiant dans des quantités de 100-350 m3 / (m2 х h), puis après le passage par le front de combustion de plus de 2/3 de la hauteur de l'appareil, la consommation spécifique d'agent gazéifiant est multiplié par 1,5 - 2. Le processus est ensuite mené simultanément dans les deux appareils par l'allumage de la matière première accompagné de l'augmentation de débit de l'agent gazéifiant et n réduisant le débit d'agent gazéifiant dans le premier appareil. L'utilisation de l'invention permet d'augmenter la chaleur spécifique de combustion du gaz lors de la gazéification de différents types de matière première selon un schéma technologique simplifié, d'augmenter de 15-30% le dégagement de l'énergie thermique utile transmise aux consommateurs.
