Abstract

L'invention porte sur un dispositif de génération de micro-bulles. La présente invention comprend : un boîtier externe ayant un espace interne étanchement scellé d'une taille prédéterminée ; un boîtier interne disposé dans l'espace interne du boîtier externe de telle sorte qu'une extrémité supérieure ouverte du boîtier interne est espacée d'une distance prédéterminée vis-à-vis de la surface de plafond étanchement scellée du boîtier externe et qu'une extrémité inférieure est espacée d'une distance prédéterminée vis-à-vis de la surface intérieure du boîtier externe ; un tuyau d'alimentation, dont une extrémité externe est disposée sur le boîtier interne par pénétration du boîtier externe, ayant au moins une pale rotative qui est disposée dans le sens de la longueur dans le centre d'une trajectoire d'alimentation qui fournit de l'air et de l'eau par l'intermédiaire d'une pompe à moteur, de telle sorte que la pale rotative génère de façon primaire des micro-bulles par mélange de l'eau et de l'air en tournant dans une direction à l'aide de l'écoulement de l'eau et de l'air qui sont fournis à l'espace interne du boîtier interne ; et un tuyau de décharge, dont une extrémité d'entrée est disposée sur le boîtier externe, ayant une section de buse du type vanne qui est disposée dans le sens de la longueur dans le centre d'une trajectoire de décharge qui décharge de l'eau et des bulles remplissant le boîtier externe, de telle sorte que la section de buse du type vanne génère des micro-bulles lorsqu'elle est ouverte, tout en commandant l'ouverture et la fermeture de la trajectoire de décharge. Par conséquent, les micro-bulles générées de façon primaire traversent la section de buse du type vanne avec l'eau à l'aide de la pression interne du boîtier externe, qui est supérieure à la pression atmosphérique, de telle sorte que des micro-bulles sont générées de façon secondaire et déchargées vers l'extérieur.
