Abstract

반송파 집성 시스템에서 단말의 ACK/NACK(acknowledgement/not-acknowledgement) 전송 방법 및 장치를 제공한다. 상기 방법은 특정 셀에 대한 검색 공간으로 제1 제어 영역 및 제2 제어 영역을 설정 받는 단계; 상기 특정 셀에 대한 스케줄링 정보를 상기 제1 제어 영역 및 상기 제2 제어 영역 중 적어도 하나에서 검출하는 단계; 상기 특정 셀에서 상기 스케줄링 정보에 기반하여 데이터 채널을 수신하는 단계; 및 상기 데이터 채널에 대한 수신 확인을 나타내는 ACK/NACK(acknowledgement/not-acknowledgement)을 전송하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 스케줄링 정보를 상기 제1 제어 영역에서 검출하는 경우 상기 스케줄링 정보를 수신한 무선 자원에 링크된 무선 자원을 이용하여 상기 ACK/NACK을 전송하고, 상기 스케줄링 정보를 상기 제2 제어 영역에서 검출하는 경우 상위 계층 신호를 통해 미리 설정된 무선 자원을 이용하여 상기 ACK/NACK을 전송하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
