  • the control card 14 of the machine 1 may be provided with a timer, which starts the machine 1 whenever desired, so as to have vapour immediately available when required, for example a few minutes before.
  • the machine 1 may thus be provided with a user interface through which the operation of the timer may be managed, or for managing other functions of the machine possibly provided for.

As mentioned, the production of the vapour, and thus the control of the actuation of the electrical resistor 18, occurs due to the pressure switch 22 provided in the boiler 17.
  • the electrical resistor 18 is actuated by the pressure switch 22 up to when the pressure within the boiler reaches the desired value ⁇ to guarantee an efficient evaporation, and then it is disabled by the control card 14.
  • the user When it is required to sanitise the sole 6 of a shoe, the user places a first, foot on the receiving area 5, and actuates the electrovalve 21 through the actuation button 23.
  • the user in order to obtain a cleaning and sanitizing action on the entire lower surface of ' the sole 6, may perform a repeated forward and backward movement so as to move, in succession, all the areas of the sole 6 in proximity of the vapour distributor 24 provided with the vapour ejection holes 25.
  • the brush elements 10 contribute to removing - from the lower surface of the sole - dirt residues, which, become easier to detach due to the simultaneous action of the vapour.
  • the tank may- then be filled once again through the upper port 29, in which the cold water is contained.
  • the invention thus conceived allows obtaining considerable technical advantages.
  • the machine allows obtaining an efficient cleaning action of the lower surface of the shoe soles, in an extremely quick manner, without touching the soles using the hands and without using other means or instruments.
  • Water consumption is also very low compared, for example, to an operation for washing the sole using running water or the like.
  • the sole is cleaned and sterilized without using detergent products which are then inevitably released into, the environment: this allows entirely eliminating the harmful consequences for the environment deriving from the use of such products.

  • the suctioning means 38 housed in the support 2, comprise a suctioning port 39 positioned beneath the grid 8 or in an area proximal thereto, and fixed thereon for example with fastening means of the known type and possibly of the removable type.
  • the suctioning port 39 is then connected, through a suctioning conduit 40, to a suctioning unit 41, for example of the known type provided with a rotor.
  • suctioning units of another type there can also be used suctioning units of another type.
  • the suctioning unit 41 is operatively connected to the control card, not observable in figure 6.
  • the operation of cleaning the sole 6 is even quicker, in that there is a suctioning action of the means 38 which contributes to quickly eliminating the moisture on the surface of the sole 6.
  • the machine 1 is the same one described in the first embodiment, and it is also provided with, means for injecting sanitising solutions, indicated in- their entirety with 42.
  • the injection means 42 are adapted to dispense,, alongside the vapour, sanitising and/or disinfecting solutions at the area 5 for receiving the sole 6, for increasing the efficiency of the action of the vapour. More in detail the injection means 42, housed in the support 2, comprise, for example, a tank 43 for sanitising solutions and an injection conduit 44, connected to the tank. 43 and which injects the sanitising solution at. the receiving area 5.
  • the injection conduit 44 may be, for example, directly connected to the vapour distributor 24 which dispenses the vapour in the receiving area 5.
  • the injection conduit 44 may be positioned in other suitable portions of the receiving area 5, so as to however create a synergic action between the dispensing of the vapour and the injection of sanitising solutions.
  • the tank 43 is associated to means for pumping the sanitising solutions., not represented but however of the known type; such pumping means are operatively connected to the control card of the machine.
  • the machine of the present embodiment is, practically, constituted by the combination of the preceding two embodiments.
  • the machine according to the present embodiment comprises - both housed in the support 2 - both the means 38 for suctioning the condensate on the sole 6 and the means for injecting sanitising solutions 42.
  • This embodiment compared to those described previously, is thus particularly suitable and indicated in situations - for example for example domestic use - in which the machine reveals limited use, for example for a limited number of times over a day.
  • the boiler 17 is provided with a self-locking refilling cap 45, which is preferably accessible from outside.
  • the machine is simplified construction-wise and it reveals lower energy consumptions with respect to the embodiment with water refilling means 26.

  • the receiving area 5 comprises a grid 8 provided with slots 9 for dropping the dirt removed from the sole 6 of the shoe to be sanitised.
  • the vapour dispensing means 7 comprise a boiler 17 and a vapour supplying conduit 20, which places the boiler 17 in communication with the receiving area 5.
  • the boiler 17 is provided with two electrical resistors, so as to be able to supply the machine at different power levels - for example 2400 W or 3600 W - depending on the number of receiving surfaces 5 provided for in the machine.
  • the dispensing means 7 also comprise a vapour distributor 24 arranged beneath the receiving area 5.
  • the vapour distributor 24 communicates with the ' supply conduit 20.
  • the vapour distributor 24, as observable in figure 13, comprises a plurality of conduits 24a which reach various regions of the receiving area 5, for example arranged parallel to each other.

  • the machine also comprises means 26 for automatically filling the water into the boiler 17, as described in the preceding embodiments.

  • a sensor 50 for detecting the presence of the user for example a sensor which detects the weight thereof.
  • the signal sent by such sensor to the control panel 2c allows automatically starting the cleaning cycle, without requiring using a button.
  • Such automation of the cleaning cycle is particularly advantageous in the case where the machine is positioned in high traffic areas, i.e. where there is a high number of users using the machine within the time unit.
  • the machine 1 is entirely identical to that of the embodiment of figure 13 except for the fact that two receiving areas are provided, connected to the boiler 17 through two distinct supply conduits 20, 20a.
  • the machine 1 according to the present embodiment may manage twice the number of users in the time unit, and it is particularly indicated for areas with extremely high traffic .

Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine de nettoyage de semelle de chaussure comprenant une structure de support (2), au moins une zone (5) permettant de recevoir la surface inférieure de la semelle (6) à désinfecter, et un moyen (7) de distribution d'au moins un jet de vapeur sur la surface inférieure de la semelle (6) situé au niveau de la zone de réception (5), le moyen de distribution (7) comprenant au moins une chaudière (17) permettant de produire de la vapeur en communication avec une conduite (20 ; 20, 20a) permettant de fournir la vapeur dans la zone (5) de réception de la surface inférieure de la semelle (6). Le moyen de distribution (7) comprend au moins un distributeur de vapeur (24 ; 24, 24a) situé sous la zone (5) de réception de la surface inférieure de la semelle (6) en communication avec la conduite d'alimentation (20 ; 20, 20a) et doté de trous (25) pour éjecter la vapeur.
