Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition comprenant : (A) un plastique à haute résistance ou un béton à haute résistance en combinaison avec (B) des déchets de décharge qui ont été (i) déchiquetés, (ii) pulvérisés avec un antimoisissure et enfin (iii) séchés à la chaleur pour réduire toute l'humidité. La composition est formée en un bloc mis en forme selon des dimensions requises spécifiées, le bloc contenant une armature, et est de plus enrobée d'une couche finale de béton de fibres à haute résistance. Le bloc peut être utilisé comme partie d'une série de blocs ou comme partie d'un système de cantonnement servant à former et construire des murs de soutènement, des fondations, des ponts, des autoroutes, des logements préfabriqués et d'autres bâtiments industriels et commerciaux. Le procédé de fabrication a pour conséquence une baisse des déchets de décharge, en fournissant ainsi une réduction environnementale totale des quantités excessives de déchets de décharge.
